There's a scale you step on that assesses your feet (foot arch, size, etc). He also had me walk to see where I struggle with and helped pin point where what causes issues for me. Stability was what was needed to be corrected. Jake brought out many options for me to choose from and man the choices were hard but he wanted to make sure I found a shoe that works best for me. I believe there is also a 60 day return for shoes that have been worn! Which is great for in the case that you go for a run & you realize it isn't a perfect match for you. Running shoes are pretty pricey not gonna lie but I do think it's worth it if you're planning on running/walking. It's a good investment long term as well. The employees seemed to have no idea how to do a return when we were simply doing an equivalent exchange for the same item as well as having them take off a sensor off of some sweatpants they had failed to remove the night prior. I apologize for making a long complaint, but when the employees have to scramble to find their cashiers as well as when the employee is actively eating a pop tart in front of the customer as they are ringing them up, something has to be said. Also, hearing the employees talk about having to forge the manager's signature , "K.H." because he couldn't be bothered to walk up to the register. As much as I wanted to buy a bunch of stuff, I couldn't bother to stand there and wait make another purchase when the employees just stand there and stare at each other.
