I have been a patron of Randolph Village Pizza for 3 decades. It has had ownership changes, but the food remained consistently good. Now they have a new owner and my family has become strongly disappointed. The pizza sauce has changed and leaves a weird aftertaste in my mouth. My daughter frequently wants chicken fingers with honey mustard sauce and the last 2 orders came with sauce that was expired. After the first expired sauce the restaurant was told to check the dates when the second order was placed. That apparently fell on deaf ears since the sauce we got was expired. We recently tried the new pizza restaurant directly across the street and will be taking our business there. They were amazing! read more

How is it that a simple Chicken finger grinder with mayo, tomato and pickles is so easy for a business to screw up? If your staff isn't going to look at what is ordered and what is requested on it then why offer choices of toppings? It's like you don't even care about what was ordered. Plain and simple you're probably only in business because you have no other competition in the area. I'll just stick with the Chinese joint a block over, at least they take an order and complete it with out flaws, with speaking broken English. I'm surprised you haven't killed someone from food allergies. Christ my grandchildren could have completed this order and they are all under 10. read more

First time in this area - the pizza was amazing! The staff was so friendly. Pizza took a little longer than they stated but well worth the wait. The inside is very cute and they have a bench for those waiting for their takeout. Definitely recommend! read more

The red pizza sauce was too sweet. The pizza toppings were fresh. The bread was thick. I recommend the small pizza for one person. Do not share it, haha. I'm not entirely sure why the ratings are as low as they are because I highly recommend this pizza shop. I've ordered three times here. All three times have been absolutely delicious. I really like this place. It seems like they take business seriously and are always professional. The pizza is Greek style. It's pretty good as a small, but for some reason it tastes better as a large. The texture of the crust tastes better. They also have great subs. I got a meatball that was awesome. The meatballs were sliced thin and squished. It made the sandwich more manageable and not a mess. Another time, I got a steak and cheese. Based on the appearance, it looked pretty strange with the melty cheese, almost like a chicken parm, something I wasn't expecting. The taste was great though. Inside the place, it's pretty busy most of the time. I haven't eaten in, but they have Seven Days by the door if you're waiting and bored. It seems clean inside and the staff is sort of friendly. One time, I saw a couple eating in there and then all of a sudden they whooshed off and got their bicycles and hopped on the train. This place is very close to the train stop. It's also close to the movie theater if you wanted to eat something before seeing Avatar 2. read more

Never been before. Girl taking our order and money was rude especially when it came time to deliver us our food to our table. Our large grinders were on 1 paper plate each and half hanging off and she just slides them to us without saying anything and walks away. The food was eh okay. read more

Huge fail! I pulled up for some curb side delivery and the girl came out with my subs while not wearing any mask or gloves. It just shows how much this establishment cares about public safety in what we are dealing with. They are belligerent in their recklessness. I like the food here and get it often. The cheese breadsticks in particular are delicious, as are the subs. Don't try and get anything but pizza a half hour before closing though because they already shut the grill off and don't even sound mildly kind as they tell you. Pizza isn't too bad. No complaints. The hours are good for people who eat dinner past 7pm. Don't mind it and will go back for my pizza fix.

This place has great pizza, pretty decent subs, good salads, their service is fast and their staff is fairly friendly... Then why the 1 star? When you as a manager, or via your policies, make me feel bad as a customer and a person, you get an immediate 1 star. You have a coupon on your take out menu for nearly the same 2 for $22 pizza deal as the pizza place across the street. However their deal is a special you can just ask for. For your deal you require an original coupon torn from your take-out menu. If you request a take-out menu to use the deal you are made to feel super shady. If you order on the phone and come get a menu and tear out the coupon then you are made to feel like you are asking someone to risk their job by honoring the deal. For God's sake, just make it a special so people don't have to jump through hoops. Oh, and side note, I know from multiple sources that tips from your "tip" jar go to the owner, not the staff as one would clearly assume. That factors into my review score more than I originally let on. read more

I've been eating here for years, but the quality has declined steeply. The lights have been burned out in their menu sign for over a year, despite cust complaints that it's hard to read, and the last sub I ordered was made with stale bread. I'm very disappointed. read more

Alright, so this place has some pretty great-ass pizza. Even better, their calzones give plenty portion-wise for only $9. I used to come here every day over the summer for their refreshing cold subs as well. My friend Cammy worked here. She was a stone cold fox. She'd take your order like a pro, too. She cooked too, I think. I had some of the best pizza of my life in this place. Unfortunately, it's changed a bit. The food was fine and all, I guess, but none of the staff was nearly as bangin' as Cammy. It's for this reason that I must knock the review down to only four stars. I'll probably go back again sometime, and when I do, I hope that this situation is rectified. read more
