Domenic's has been my go-to for carbing up before the Killington Ultra Beast ever since I finished the race in 2023 with a proper meal here. I hadn't been back in 3 years, but it was exactly as I remembered. It has a great mountain-side feel, with a dirt and gravel lot out front that adds to the charm. They have a good selection of non-alcoholic beers, so I enjoyed a few Coneheads. I started with the plain breadsticks, which turned out to be pieces of fried dough rather than traditional breadsticks. My one suggestion would be to make them real breadsticks, but I ate them anyway and enjoyed every bite. For my main, I had pasta with four meatballs and sauce, and it was delicious. The service was on point from start to finish. This is my spot for dinner whenever I'm in town. Highly recommend! read more

Great pizza for good price! Amazing crust and dough under the pizzas. Holds up quite well and has a crispy crunchy outside. Toppings and specialty pizzas are also really spot on. Had the house clam and house veggie pizza. Both really great pies in their own right, veggie was my favorite. We spent a few days in the Killington area and this was our favorite restaurant although we did take out. The wings (bone-in & boneless) are worth ordering, although the bone-in were much better. They charged us extra for blue cheese dressing (?), and then they forgot to include it in the order, so that definitely took away from the wing experience (CHECK YOUR BAG). The thin crust pizza had a delicious light, flaky dough and the banana pepper/pepperoni toppings were plentiful, however the pizza was very light on sauce, so it ate dry. Salads were thrown together without love. Pass. Perfect for the kids after skiing. Prices were lower than similar restaurants in the area. The pizza also tasted delicious the next day cold on our way back to NY! Add one star. read more

We have been to Domenic's several times over the past few months and realized I haven't done any recent reviews. The staff is always friendly, helpful and great service, the restaurant is always clean, spacious and have table spaced apart unlike many other places with people on top of you... for those that drink they do have a bar in the middle area. One of these times we will need to order something outside of pizza! LOL I grew up making Italian food so, probably will do it soon! We ordered a large broccoli cheese pizza to go! IT is a true large unlike some places in Rutland. It was delicious, cooked to perfection, crisp bottom section of the crust melted cheese and not over cooked fresh broccoli. Went here on a ski trip after a long day and wow did it hit the spot. The service was amazing, we even got along with our waiter very well! Always made sure we were satisfied. We had a corner table which made it nice and cozy and really allowed us to enjoy our pizza in private. Now the pizza we got meat loves buffalo chicken, and a pepperoni and they were all amazing. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Okay first off, it's Christmas and like 3 places are open one of them being Domenic's. The other 2 places had 2+ hour wait times. Domenic's told us 30 minutes and it was more like 10 and they were packed!! Service was outstanding!! Our waters were consistently filled and the waitstaff could not have been more helpful. As if that wasn't enough the pizza was excellent! Crust was the perfect thickness and cooked to perfection!! As a native New Yorker I'm confident in saying this is the real deal! So to all of the places that weren't open on Christmas, I hope you enjoyed the night off. I am from NYC and was skeptical about Vermont mountain town pizza, but Domenic's didn't disappoint. I recommend the Greek salad and the white pizza. Their white pizzas have a garlic base and dare I say their white pizza is better than NYC's. The meat pizza was also great. The margherita was also fine but the poorest performer of the three flavors. Ambience is nice. Gets crowded in the evening. Service was a tad slow but nothing to complain about. read more

Basic Italian food. Nothing out of the ordinary. The wait was terrible... so many people coming after skiing, maybe a little overhyped of a place. I do however recommend the dessert pizza (it's like marshmallows and chocolate). One thing that I found kind of weird was the dough. We got breadsticks, pizza, and the dessert, all of the dough tasted the same (like fried dough in a sense). Been here a couple of times including last week. The staff is super friendly, attentive and efficient. Very relaxed place to go and chill out for a meal after skiing. The food is good quality and good basic Italian. Not super above average but good enough to enjoy. Reasonably priced for a resort area. My 3 star is still good! To me 5 star is superlative and not many places get that. To me 4 star is very much above standard while 3 star is what I expect. I will definitely go back here. read more

5 stars should not be taken lightly from a NJ/NYC native who's only obsession in life is pizza- and this place nailed it. Seriously, this pizza is damn good. And to know it, of course I had to try the plain! I really loved the texture of the crust, and how sweet (in the way it should be) the sauce was... really delicious. Can't ever go wrong with a margarita, duh... this one- the perfect balance of life, orange, and tequila. The view, was so great. I can't wait to get back on these slopes and I just sat there and stared out as the sun glistened through the windows, a cute spot for a great bite. They also have some kick ass sliders for $1 during happy hour, every single one was great. If you're in the mood for Pizza, Domenic's wont disappoint with a nice variety of specialty pies or you can just choose to make your own with a wide variety of toppings. The pizza comes out pipping hot, and the crust is paper thing with a sauce that's flavorful and light. This was a first time here and we tried the meat and margarita pizza. Fear not if you don't care of pizza they also serve traditional Italian dishes such as spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parm, and more! Chicken wings and of course calzones are available too! The venue has both inside and outside seating, TV's and a full bar, which is really smart on their part! During game nights' they are also set up with a projector to go large screen football games for peeps that want some great food and watch the games. In summary - Two Thumbs Up! This place is very solid. We came with a group of 9 adults and 4 children and they were able to accommodate all of us. There were a couple servers but the one server looked like she just started and had limited English but did have an excellent will to serve. The main server was training her and she was the pinnacle of what a 10/10 server should be. She was very caring, always checking up on us, and was very personable. She was basically alone and was serving a full packed restaurant by herself and yet the quality of the service was excellent. The food was good. the sliders that they have for happy hour special which are sliders in 5 different types. these were very good actually and it's a dollar per which is very cheap. they are pretty small but very tasty. the pizza was bit on the greasy side for one the 3 pies that we ordered but the other 2 were fine. a friend also ordered a chicken parm spaghetti and the chicken was excellent. I say the food was overall good. I would recommend this place if you are around Killington area. I am visiting here to ski from the Philly area and I would come to this pizza joint again if I was in the area. read more
