Deanna, owner and physical therapist, is probably the best medical/health professional I've ever encountered (and I've seen many).

Kelly has a magical ability to identify problem areas through touch alone, and it was exactly what I needed given that I couldn't always pinpoint the problematic spots myself. What shocked me the most was that you leave feeling noticeably better every time. The value here is exceptional. You'll never feel rushed or oversold, just supported and steadily improving.

Everything has gone well. I woke up with a frozen shoulder last October, and I am 75% back. I had…read moreno warning pain or numbness. I just woke up one morning and I could not lift my dominant left arm to wash my face, shampoo my hair, or put on my seatbelt without debilitating pain. I can now do all the above with some stiffness and no pain. I would not have made it this far without physical therapy and my physical therapist Cheyenne. When my sports medicine doctor told me it might take a year to completely heal, I didn't believe it. Now I do. She also warned me repeatedly that if I did not stretch every day, I may not regain full function. She did indeed scare me. She gave me one steroid shot that felt awesome for two weeks. The second shot, 3 months later, lasted a blissful 2 1/2 months and I took advantage of the absence of pain by adding an additional PT session a week.. Cheyenne provided me critical training and support, and helped me make demonstrable progress. I always feel better after PT than before. She has the innate ability to find an exercise or two or three that addresses my shoulder stiffness, stretches the appropriate muscles, and hurts--but in a good way. The stiffness is not static as it abates and seems to shift around my shoulder from week to week. Sometimes it seemed futile because I would make progress, go to sleep and then wake up in pain and with limited range of motion again, but over time I have seen real progress. And that is mostly due to Cheyenne, her support--kindness, empathy, encouragement, and humor--and her ability to provide effective training and treatment. Cheyenne kept me motivated. And she gives the best massages. She knows how to maximize range of motion through stretching, exercise, and massage. The staff are friendly, patient, and more than competent. Scheduling and billing always go smoothly. All the therapists here are great and effective. The center has a big workout floor with all kinds of equipment. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming and supportive. It is a healing place. I accept that I will probably still be here in October, which is an achievement in itself. If not for Cheyenne and SRS, I might have left earlier and never completely healed.

I saw Gretchen Lubin for 20 physical therapy sessions over 12 weeks for recovery from full knee…read morereplacement surgery in November 2024. I saw her twice a week in November and December and once a week in January 2025. In my first week of therapy she assigned 9 exercises which she increased to 13 after three weeks. She also added 1 - 3 lb. ankle weights after 3- 6 weeks of practice. I practiced these exercises at home every day 2x per day. All but six sessions with Gretchen were exactly the same: Gretchen observed me practicing the 9-13 exercises, then gave me a gentle massage on the lower leg and then iced the knee. In week 5, she had me begin bicycling. She also used the Tens machine and ultrasound in 3 sessions. While Gretchen was initially very helpful immediately after surgery, massaging my leg to help it feel more comfortable and assisting me gain strength, the results after 12 weeks seemed somewhat disappointing. Although I was stronger, my flexibility and functionality were fairly limited. Four weeks after surgery I was able to bend my knee to 105 degrees, but by week 12, I was still only able to bend my knee to 105 degrees. When questioned, Gretchen replied "the current thinking is strengthening the leg is more important than flexibility." I was frequently startled by Gretchen asking me "what would you like to do today?" I thought she should be answering that question based on her evaluation of me and I had hoped for a little variety in exercise. While Gretchen is a very gentle and nice person, and an excellent massage therapist, I feel her treatment is limited because she doe not do manual manipulation nor emphasize joint mobility or methods to reduce swelling besides a gentle massage. Gretchen is also very challenged by time management. She consistently runs 15 - 30 minutes late. Her clinic also lacks up-to-date exercise equipment. The new physical therapist I have seen, who has more of a "sports medicine" mindset, has been able to increase my knee flexibility by 10 degrees in a little over two weeks and improve the knee comfort level immeasurably.

In addition, she and the other PTs do lots of hands on massage and ultrasound when needed. I have been going here for 20 years and always come back. I can only assume the low reviews from out of state are for the wrong place.

I came in completely frustrated about a back issue that was making daily tasks hard. I came out knowing an old ankle injury was the cause and with a plan on how to move forward. And, I have seen considerable progress within a week. The clinic felt more personal than many I've been to. I didn't feel like I was being slotted into a 30 min slot with the therapist needing to move on. The therapist took time to talk to me, understand my background and previous injuries, and make sure that they were confident in their assessment. I really couldn't recommend more.

More often than not...no one is there at all. Appts can be significantly late, too often. Their billing Dept. and process though...what a joke. They have a written policy...that they break over and over. No statements, no record of treatment, no treatment codes, no explanations at all, in any fobrm/way. Months to get ANY info about costs...long after miltiple visits, again violating their own written policy! Have recieved TEXT MESSAGES ftom an unknown number as an 'invoice'...with a link to a random pay site. SCAM.. or new (super shady) billing practice that breaks every one of their policies??? Who knows!! But bro, trust me! VERY poorly run and managed business!
