You'll head into the back right hand side of the store to place your order verbally with a staff member. Then, get in line at the regular register to pay. No one told me what to do after that, so I spent a long time waiting in front of the staff member I had placed my order with. This was wrong. You're actually supposed to stand in the area between the register and the liquor section and they'll call your name there. Hopefully this will save anyone reading this the same confusion I had :)
