Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

I made it a point to ask the young lady to have Issac call me ASAP to let me know how they were going to handle this problem, and verified that they had the correct phone number. Today, when I asked about my missing slacks, the young lady asked me, "Didn't Issac call you?, and once again I said no and once again we verified my phone number. She immediately texted Issac and one hour later, still no call. When your prices are on the high side and the work is nothing more than average. I would expect customer service to be above average. This clearly is not the case. Obviously Issac has never heard of customer service and he is too afraid to address a customer complaint. He would rather leave the problems with the poor teenage girls that work there. I guess the next step is the Better Business Bureau or a TV news station that investigates consumer complaints Just got a call from Issac, and he could not have been more apologetic for the lack of communication. I paid for the services and planned to pick up next month. She asked for another fitting visit which was expected. I went to the fitting visit and she hadn't started but had the length pinned (which I thought shouldn't have taken a full month). Anyways the length was good from what was pinned but the next time I came by it seemed like she hadn't really modified it or barely did. So we asked if she could shorten it and if the bustle could be brought in better. Since our event was that week of we asked if it'd be ready and she said yes. The day before the event, we picked up the dress and it was sloppily hemmed and a bit uneven. Not much we can do at this point but what was really disappointing was the customer service. The owner Anna was extremely rude and short with us. She only responded with one word answers and wasn't helpful in explaining the bustle. Needless to say we took the dress and left.
