The staff weighed the baskets, gave me a quick ticket, and said they'd call if they had any questions. The next morning, I got a text letting me know everything was ready. When I arrived, the parking lot was full and I had a crying newborn in the backseat so I called, and they immediately brought everything out and loaded it right into my trunk. Every item was perfectly clean and folded, and that level of service truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. I have used them outside of the work environment- even though they were not in close proximity to my home - which meant I had to go out of my way to drive to the Olive Branch location. Over the years, they had been responsible and willing to service me. When in recently moved to Southaven, I intentionally gave them my business and drove 30mins to drop off 8 sets of the custom drapers in my home to them for cleaning. I was told it would be two weeks and I would have to pay up front and risk any damage that might occur. I explained my need to have them cleaned because the previous owners had cats and dogs and I have bad allergies to cats. I complied willingly with payment up front because as far as I knew, they were trustworthy. The bill totaled over $513. Sadly, not only were the drapes returned with some not cleaned at all, but all were hung and tagged like they had been. I've been suffering with allergies since they were dropped off. I immediately laundered the two sets of sheers because I was able to at home and the wash water was almost black with dirt. One set had a ring where something wet had stained it and was visibly dark with dirt and had obviously never been cleaned. I went ahead and hung 4 sets of the heavier drapes that seemed okay. The next set to be hung set off my allergies immediately after being removed from the plastic, felt like they were dusty and still had some markings from the metal hooks used to hang them. I returned this set to the cleaners today and asked to speak to the owner. I explained my allergic symptoms and asked why the sheers and possibly others were returned uncleaned. He stated they had done the best they could and didn't want to cause any damage to the drapes. He abruptly left me standing with no further explanation or concern. I was floored!!!! Such behavior from a reverend and someone I've been directly patronizing for several years?! Additionally, I still had to pick up another order of clothing that I had also left with them totaling over $100. I told them to keep my personal bag because I would not be returning after such bad treatment. If this is how loyal customers are treated by the owner and his cleaners, I'd hate to see how anyone else is treated. I will not be returning and no longer recommend this business.

At any rate, I have washed the equivalent of 100 loads over three days. The staff has been kind and helpful. I did not use the wash, dry, fold service due to the volume but will consider it in the future. This location is clean, safe and has a lot of amenities: play area for kids (who seem to love coming here), choice vending machines, nice washing/drying equipment with many size options. This place saved me countless hours during a very tough time after my house flooded.

The original staffing was sketchy at best and appeared to be people that posed a risk to the safety of others. We were constantly being approached by various people to buy what may have been stolen goods from retail businesses. I gave it a while and slowly but surely, things started to improve. All of the machines are new, operational and are always cleaned repeatedly. The entire facility is constantly being cleaned and maintained for the customers. Mrs. Ann and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and are a joy to interact with. Now the task of doing laundry is a bit more enjoyable. You can clearly see the difference as compared to the early days. Lastly, using the Huebsch app eliminates the need to keep and handle dirty quarters. Most importantly, you are able to earn credit just by using the app. Everyone should take advantage of the benefits that it provides. Thanks to all that now make the task of doing laundry a lot less difficult.
