Only place open on Sunday! Happening place. Drinks come out fast, meals take a little longer. Typical coffee drinks and sodas for folks. Wifi password: downtown. Plenty of seating, they have a free little library in the back and games to play. Got the chai with almond which is good. Got the swiss cowboy sammy which was a bit dry to be honest but came with chips and was a good price. Good vibes all around.

Legit coffee and a pretty decent size breakfast croissant! The barista was great and helpful and quick to knock out our coffee as we showed up right at opening. The coffe wasn't a burnt bean but a sweet and not to over powering hit that did not look too weak. Food wasn't too shabby and had way more meat than I expected. Great seating and vibe and good music to kick start the morning! Hope to come back if we are in town to nab another great drink!

Sad cappuccino but delicious coffee

Stopped by for pick me ups on our road trip. We ordered a cappuccino and cold brew iced tea and both were good. The cappuccino foam was quite sad, lots of bubbles and air pockets but the coffee itself was tasty. Cold brew iced tea was a peach and black tea, very refreshing. The only downside for us was the service. We waited a good five minutes before having to seek out two ladies chatting in the back and they continued to pretty openly ignore us to finish their conversation (lol). Drinks came out pretty quickly once they got started. Lots of people with laptops working inside, which was a little dark without a lot of windows. No AC but fans available. Overall an ok stop for the road trip but not great for service.

I found this place on yelp as I was as passing by the town. I came here solely on the yelp reviews. I parked outside there's plenty of street parking. You all in and order your coffee and any food at the counter you get a number and wait. The place is pretty big inside. The bathroom was clean. I ordered a latte and a plain bagel with cream cheese. It took like 15 minutes to get my order. In my opinion that's really long for a basic order. I got my toasted bagel cut in half and cream cheese on the side. I'm not sure why a toasted bagel took so long. My coffee was burnt and butter. I got it to go so I did not taste it till I was in the car and did not want to wait another 15 minutes. I felt like I literally threw my hard earned money away. That is literally the worst feeling and it's a waste of coffee. I only gave it a 2 star because they didn't have a bad attitude and the bathrooms were clean.

Stumbled upon this spot, looked a little divey on the outside which to me is a good sign! Inside--delightful decor, helpful employees, relaxed atmosphere, very good food (I had the Lumberjack, wife had the Business Woman)--as the pics attest we ate them up! Coffee--on point. Clearly locals come and sit and chillax--ding ding this is a gem

The bagel sandwiches here are AMAZING!!! I had the Strawberry and Almond Bagel Sandwich, my husband had the Lox Bagel Sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious. The Strawberry Almond had the perfect amount of sweetness. The Almond butter had a light drizzle of honey, fresh slices of strawberries and, almond slices. I'll definitely be coming back.

Coffee is awesome in this historic building with a great staff. If there is a really old guy in the corner, make sure you ask him about the history on the building and the prohibition whiskey tunnels beneath it.

I'll just say it: as someone who travels extensively for work, the specialty coffee scene in Idaho is grim. Coffee knowledge is extremely poor, and most people seem to be just looking for some sort of sweet, caffeinated beverage. And if that's your bag, this place might be great for you. The interior design is decent--it LOOKS, from a 10,000' view, like a specialty coffee shop, and I was hopeful when I was heading over here. There are plants. The baristas are friendly enough. But do not mistake this for specialty coffee. It's overroasted swill designed to sit "in the mix" in a sweetened, syruped milk drink. And they shouldn't be offering pourover coffee if they're not using coffee that needs that brewing technique to showcase its distinctiveness. Especially not for $8. Specialty coffee shops offer single origin pourover coffee from around the world on a cycle that follows the coffee crop (more or less). Without exception, specialty coffee uses roast descriptors from "cinnamon" to "city+," and there's no point in doing a pourover with anything darker than "Full City." And you don't do pourovers in a paper cup or offer "room for cream." Anyway, TL;DR: Got a pourover and it's basically undrinkable. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I wanted to leave a this for those like me who might come all the way here hoping to find a nice pourover. The coffee here is roasted much too dark. The espresso in the hoppers is black. The steaming pitchers are stored on top of the machine. The tamper is nice, but the distribution and tamping process was nonexistent, as befits a shop that is using coffee as a base ingredient and not a focus. If you're the owner, and if you have any love for coffee, please consider buying coffee from a legit specialty roaster and giving it a trial run in straight milk drinks and pourovers (single origin only). Even a large high-volume specialty roaster such as the ones you find on drinktrade.com--while not my first choice--would be a dramatic improvement in the resultant cup. You have a beautiful space, and good people behind the bar. You could easily offer a rotating selection of "the good stuff" for your non-sweetened beverages, if you wanted to do better. Even if you don't want to get into roasting, you could do what many premier cafes do and use a rotating selection of guest roasters for your specialty drinks. You have an opportunity to cultivate the art, not just the appearance, and be the first specialty shop in Idaho Falls. /soapbox

First day here, I got an iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and it was SO GOOD. I highly recommend it! The only downside to this shop is that it opens kinda late for a coffee shop (8am on weekdays, 8:30am on weekends) so if you have any sort of conference or even just a normal day job, you might find it hard to actually come here without being late to work unless you come during break or lunch? Luckily my conference started on a Friday morning at 8:30am so I was able to go to it by being the first customer right at the open, but on day 2 of my conference on a Saturday, I couldn't come here even when I wanted to because I had to be at my conference by 8:30am which was when they open. While I wish they opened earlier, I highly recommend this place for great coffee and friendly service. Again, try the iced honey lavender latte with oat milk!

They offer a solid lineup of regular staples alongside a rotating selection of featured drinks each month--giving you a great reason to keep coming back and see what's new. We tried the Oatmeal Cookie and Honey Lavender lattes, swapping in oat milk to lighten the caloric load. Both delivered a rich, prominent coffee flavor and were pleasantly sweet without going overboard. While both were excellent, the Honey Lavender edged out as my favorite. Every drink can be customized to your liking, and they're happy to fill your own reusable cup if you bring one. Street parking is surprisingly easy to find, even on a Saturday around lunchtime. The only downside is the somewhat limited hours (8:30 AM - 2:30 PM), so plan accordingly if you're passing through later in the day.
