This was my first time using Yelp for a project, and it was the best experience with Pestkiller…read moreServices! Using Yelp, I got a list of recommendations of service providers in and out of the area. The friendly response from Pestkiller stood out so I called. I spoke with John. He is knowledgeable, fun to speak with, professional, and confident that his company would resolve the issue. He said he had a serviceman that could come out within a few days. We exchanged my information as the point of contact, I got some emails and was able to set up an account for my mother, including reoccurring monthly payments. A few days later, we got a text message from Cameron that he was coming to service the home. He arrived timely and gave me a few of those ant traps that work like a charm for inside. He asked about the areas of concerns and when I showed him one area in the backyard, he was on it. He did the webbing and the spraying. He assured me that within a few months that he'd have everything looking better. That was no lie because I feel that after his services everything looked better! He did what we couldn't and there's no harm in asking for help and having the home serviced monthly. The pesticide used was not offensive and did not negatively impact my mother's medical condition. My mother had an ant problem inside her bathroom and overtime I've noticed she's had an ant problem outside. Notice I use "had" in past tense because John was right, that they would take care of the issue and she no longer has that problem anywhere with the ants! He was also sensitive to the fact that my mother has an underlying medical condition and explained to me it was not needed to service the entire inside of the home rather treat that isolated incident with traps. He was right, those traps worked like a charm and within a few days the issue was resolved! Communication was great via the phone with John, text, email setting up the account and reoccurring payment and subsequent notices as such: Notice to Occupant Pestkiller Services Inc has been authorized to apply pesticides in and around these premises for the control of the following pests: roaches, ants, spiders, wasps, bees, fleas, ticks, rats, mice, gophers, squirrels, and other common household pests. John told me with confidence that they are the best and he's right! One can read from the reviews that they don't have high ratings for no reason. Their customers are happy! I'm at peace knowing that my mom does not have to go out in that hot heat and try to do any webbing and spraying with products that don't work. It feels good to also support a local business as they make their customers feel like extended family! Shout Out to Cameron!!!! He's timely, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He communicates very well to let the occupants know when he's on the way! To the entire Pestkiller team, you're awesome! Thank you!

We've had pest control at our home for years but recently the local company that provided service…read morewas bought out by a bigger company. Their service was ok but lacked the customer service of our old family owned provider. We came across Padilla Pest Control and took them up on their $50 start up special. We were truly surprised at the quality of service. Everything was explained as far what was included and what we should expect from their service. Half of what Gabriel did we haven't seen done in quite some time. To say the least we were very satisfied with the friendly attitude, professional service and for clearly explaining what we should expect moving forward. All in all, great service and well worth the cost.

Gabe Padilla is one of the very best men I have ever known, and he's definitely the most…read moreprofessional. Most importantly, he is an extremely honest man, who would never do a job half way, or be tempted to skip a section of your yard, if you aren't home at the time of service. I had Gabriel spray my home yesterday, and as a professional exterminator of 30 years, I know a quality service when I see one. He did a perfect service, and took his time. Many pest control guys I worked with in my 30 plus years, were much more into quantity over quality. I wasn't that way, and neither is Gabe. He will take his time, and do an excellent job, and charge a very fair price. I also know for a fact, that Padilla Pest Control, uses only the highest quality chemicals. A lot of business owners will try to save money, by using very cheap chemicals, with short residuals, hoping you won't call back between services. Not Gabe. He believes in doing it right the first time out, and every time out, and uses the high-end chemicals to make sure the job is done correctly. He is also very meticulous about removing webs from your property. Not just a quick trip around the house, but he removes webs from patio furniture, kid's toys, playhouses, fence lines, etc. Please do not fall for the big companies and their insane prices. I know what I'm talking about, believe me. All you're paying for is the name. Gabe Padilla has more integrity and honesty than the big companies, and uses great materials, at the strength they should be used as. You can trust this man 100%, in your yard or home. Gabe is a great pest control operator, and an even better human being. I couldn't recommend somebody more highly. Give him a chance, and you will be happy you did, I guarantee it!
