I've been using Dustin 's pest control for about a year and the results are awesome!…read more During their most recent visit, I let them know we've had some issues with ants in our downstairs bathroom. The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. As the weather starts to warm up, this is when all the little creepy Carly is like to come into your house because it's cooler, better call Dustin's!

I was given a time window for the treatment and Taylor was right on time! He cleaned up all of the cobwebs, took down wasps nest and sprayed the exterior of my yard, including all bushes, and along the perimeter of my fence. He also put out fly traps and fly paste around my yard at no extra cost. I did purchase a mosquito bucket for my backyard and was told it should last for a month. I've heard these can only partially stop mosquitos, but I'm willing to try anything to get rid of these nasties. Taylor suggested I spray inside and told me the spray is pet safe, since I have cats. I signed up for the bi-monthly service for $85 every two-months, but If needed can get an inside treatment next month at no extra charge!

They offered flexible scheduling options and accommodated my busy morning routine, giving me a narrow, convenient arrival window. On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on time and provided a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The inspection and application were incredibly thorough. The technician covered all problem areas indoors and completed a full perimeter sweep outside, even pointing out a few potential entry points I hadn't noticed and offering simple tips to prevent future issues. Overall, the clear communication, punctuality, and attention to detail made this a stress-free experience. It's rare to find a home service company that combines technical expertise with such high-quality customer service. I highly recommend Valley Wide Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

We were having problems with wasps and our current exterminator could not get rid of them nor were…read morethey allowed to climb a ladder to reach a nest at the peak of our single story house. Also with our current exterminator bugs would be back after a week or 2. So we called around and spoke to CSI and were so impressed with Jason and how much he knew about wasps, nests and getting rid of them. He came out the next week for our first service and he was so nice and had funny 'dad' jokes. He explained thoroughly what he would be doing and we also decided to have a regular monthly bug service as well as the wasp service since it was all included in a monthly price. He sprayed for wasps completely around our house, eaves and tile roof nooks and crannies. He said what he used would prevent them from coming back. It's been almost 2 weeks and we have seen only 1 or 2 wasps since but they fly away and don't come near where he sprayed. We are so happy! Looking forward to him coming out monthly to keep the bugs and wasps away!
