I am just coming on the review and am floored by all the negative reviews because this was not my experience at all! As we were driving to our hotel we spotted this place and decided to give it a try since it was within walking distance. The vibe here is extremely cool! There was live music playing and this place is huge! We were told at night on the weekends the top floors turns into a club! We didn't do that but there are tons of windows up there, so I imagine it's pretty cool! There were huge TV, windows, beautiful rustic lighting! I really enjoyed the atmosphere! Our server was super nice and the food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner, even though it was very busy! The food was fantastic! I got a burger that had Queso and cherry BBQ sauce and that was definitely a top 5 burger for me! My friends noted their chicken sandwiches and tacos were also delicious! I don't live in the area but I would happily come back!! Definitely give this place a try! read more

Stayed at the hotel next door. Ordered food for takeout. Was told it would be fifteen minutes. Went over fifteen minutes later and was told to go to the bar as it was takeout. Stood there for ten minutes and bar person ignored me, I guess because she wouldn't get a tip for takeout. Wound up waiting for forty five minutes and still no food. Left establishment and would not go back ever. read more

Sorry, but the service sucked today. Arrived around 1:30 and it was almost half an hour later that I had to go find a hostess to send a waiter to our table. I hate to give out bad reviews, but this was not cool. Please don't order a Bloody Mary, because it bloody well sucked. Sad to say, I won't be back anytime soon. Your food isn't that good. read more

Great social distancing eatery with delicious food. Different menus are available throughout the day such as a main menu, drink menu, lunch menu, happy hour, and a late night menu. I ordered the delicious hand tossed pizza - The Works. It comes with mozzarella, bacon, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and parmesan. If the weather is nice, I suggest sitting outside to see the beautiful view of the mountains. Viewhouse - a beautiful view and delicious food. read more

Great views of the beautiful mountains and fresh mountain air! Great place for family fun banquet halls and private rooms for parties and special occasions. Upstairs the views are amazing complete with fireplace and cozy couches. Plenty of GF vegan dishes to choose from! Worth the 20 min drive from Denver! read more

My husband, who is a musician, has a friend who plays in the local band "Swamp Molly". The band was playing at the Viewhouse and we decided to go see them play. It was a Friday night and the place was packed. The Viewhouse in Centennial is a huge restaurant with great views of the Front Range. It has a great side yard where games are played and live music. We weren't really hungry so just choose to get a couple of appetizers. We got the pigs in a blanket which were delicious. We also got the beef nachos which were good but not as good as the pigs in a blanket. We really enjoyed the music and it was fun to get out after being locked up for a year due to the virus. read more

I was really hoping for a better experience. My wife and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. We decided to go for their Sunday Brunch. We had a 12:30 reservation, and they seated us pretty close to 12:30. No issue there. I will say this place was packed! So much so I was questioning their capacity limits. You could hardly move in the aisles. They put us at a table in a back room. Our table was in the middle of the room. The tables around us were so close it was hard to get to the table and get seated, but we managed. Next, we had to get back up and make our way to the buffet. Down a long hall, packed with people waiting to get seated. The lines to get at the food were ridiculous. Even if you just wanted something at the other end and nothing in-between, you were expected to wait in the long line. I bucked the system and found my way to the items I wanted. That said, many of the selections were empty. The staff couldn't keep up with the overcrowded lines. Once we did make it back to our table, we found the food was really substandard. The roast beef was terrible! Over cooked, dry, and tasteless. The shrimp was good, but they were limiting you to 3 per plate. The scrambled eggs were empty, the bacon was empty, no biscuits for B&G, you get the picture. I'm not sure why there were so many people there to eat cold, tasteless food. It must have been the bloody mary station they had. It seemed to be the main attraction. My advice is, if you want a superb Sunday brunch, visit the Garden Terrace at the Inverness Hotel. I wish we would have gone there. -MK read more

I've been coming here for years, mostly for happy hour and music during the summer on Fridays. I like it here. Good vibes, generally great staff, with the exception of one crabby, borderline rude server. She's been moved upstairs, and I prefer the main floor, so all is well. Our server last night, Amanda, was terrific. Friendly, smiling, cheerful, and great service! I love the happy hour hummus platter, with the exception of the raw broccoli. Nobody wants green things stuck in their teeth, so it always remains uneaten. The giant flatbreads are also good, and ideal for sharing. They've expanded the happy hour offerings to include tacos and a banh mi sandwich. Both of these are okay, but not great. The quesadilla often lacks filling at the ends, but the filling is good. We ordered off the regular menu last night. Beth had the nuts and berries salad, which she loved, and I fell back on my old standby, the Cuban. read more

I usually don't write reviews unless the service was that bad. First off the waitress came by so I ordered a beer and was happy to provide a card. She said not now. So I waited while talking to the others in the group I was with. She never showed up again, but walked around servicing others. So I then go up to the bar inside. The bartender was servicing others so I waited and waited and waited. And then disappeared. Your service sucks!!! Guess I'm not high roller enough to be served!!! read more

This place we found on a drive to a different lunch spot and quickly cut over to go try it. We sat on the upper patio near where there was a nice draft coming in. On a nice day like today, the views are spectacular with nice shade. Our server, Victoria, was awesome. My boyfriend didn't have to ask for a single refill on his beverage, she had it out right before his last sip every time! The bar drinks were tasty and quickly brought out, and the food was also very tasty and fresh. I got the chicken and waffles, which were even made out of cornstarch and had real corn pieces in it, different but very delicious! Victoria thank you so much for your dedicated service!! read more

View house has a great concept, great views of Denver and horrible service. Maybe it just happened to be the Monday night in mid-June we went but I won't be back. We sat upstairs on a cool Monday night with great views of the area. It wasn't super crowded at 6pm but it was steady and growing. Our server was nice, but seemed frustrated. She took our drink orders and entree order at the same time as we had plenty of time to read the downloaded menu. Upon our food arriving, which I will admit was not a long wait, we placed a second round of drinks and my colleague requested extra salad dressing for his entree salad.....it took 20 minutes for the dressing and we never got our drinks. We had to ask three times for the dressing. I ordered the Nashville hot Chicken and Waffles For something different. The waffles were what you would expect and tasty. The chicken was two very small cutlets breaded perfectly and not over cooked. That said I would not call these Nashville HOT! They had a sirracha looking sauce drizzled on top with zero bite or flavor When we said we wanted the bill to drink some where else our server understood and apologized. When she came back with the heck she told us she had her manager remove the drinks from our bill...which was great considering we never got them in the first place. It was a place with potential that quickly turned into a dud. Don't need to go back read more

The place is massive and a really cool venue, but the food was extremely disappointing and ruined our experience. Looks great on paper but very poor execution. Ambience: 5/5 lots of outdoor seating, huge indoor tv screens, great vibe all around Food: 2/5 Extremely disappointing overall and driving down the entire rating. Chicken wings were a small portion and very bland. Also had an overcooked and underwhelming burger, and the nachos were average but the highlight of what we ordered. Service: 3/5 pretty average, took awhile for a very easy order but still friendly. Drinks: 4/5 good selection of beers on top and looked like plenty of other options. Parking: 4/5 very busy parking lot but quite big. read more

Great for watching football, rooftop and drinks but don't eat here. Food is consistently served cold and lacks flavor. Even staples like tacos, burgers and sandwiches are bad. Staff is friendly but clear the endless complaints on the food is wearing on them. read more

I had brunch and ate at the bar. Ashley, the bartender, was awesome! She was super attentive and friendly. Next time I go to VH I'll sit at the bar if she's there. I think this place is great, anytime I'm around this area for anything I always think about making a stop at Viewhouse. The food is solid, and the outdoor area is awesome. They have live music on certain days which is great as well. There are rumors that a Viewhouse is opening up north in Thornton near me which makes me so happy. Please be warned, this place is only good for the happy hour drinks and snacks. That's it. If you come any other time it's overpriced. Had to park across the street because there was no parking , let it be known, I came for a work event. Otherwise , I would've picked a different , cheaper and better place to eat. You can get great views from another restaurant so, if you are not in the mood to come early for high prices or deal with fair prices with no parking , don't come. The service wasn't bad , but they need to get some fans in this building . Once the place is packed it's hot as hell. During the summer time it can be hell. Again, workers and service were just fine , but I feel bad for them because everything else is either mid or bad. This can cause customers to be very upset with them when they didn't do anything. read more

I'm not a fan of Viewhouse food, this place is a fun time for drinks or to wtach sports. But we decided to give the brunch buffet a shot. For $40 there is a lot of choices to pick from. For the price it's not bad. I do like that there is no time frame- so your not feeling rush or for us your able to watch the full game and just enjoy eating and being with your company. I recommend making a reservation because this place was packed but maybe also because it was a football playoff day as well. Our service was good, they were consistent with filling our waters and making sure to clear out dirty plates. There is seating and a bar upstairs as well, but if your sat up stairs you would have to keep taking the stairs to get to the buffet. The buffet is in the banquet room behind the main bar, everything looked very organized and somewhat sanitary. I say somewhat because the fish and sushi and pizza sat there for who knows how long. I never saw it be refilled or replaced to maintain the freshness and also for not getting sick. Everything in my opinion was bland, it lacked flavors. The crab was overcooked- so cracking it needed more work than usual. The build your omelet was burnt. The waffle station is prob my favorite. They were small, warm and nice and fluffy with toppings to make to your liking. I do come to Viewhouse a lot but for social gatherings and a good time. read more

My boyfriend and I are in town for a wedding and are staying at the hotel next door. The hotel employees recommended this place to us to watch the game and because of the views and they were so correct. The view of the mountains is amazing! We have come back twice in the last two days! Happy hour offerings are phenomenal and the food and drinks are great. I highly recommend the Viewhouse Mule (unpictured) - basically a cucumber infused mule but I think it is my new obsession! Service has also been incredible! We are in town for 3 more days and will probably come back again 3 more times! Could not recommend this place enough! read more

I love this place and I come here quiteeee a bit. The pig in a blanket app is a classier version of a hot dog with yummy sauces. My go to is the avocado shrimp bowl because it's probably the cleanest item on the menu. If I'm having a cheat meal I'll go for the American Tacos Or the steak with frites. And of course I'll do Jack and Honey or their Jacked Up cocktail. But you can even just have a Truly just because it's on tap! Fun. At the end you gotta do a skillet cookie. But they do skimp on the ice cream so just be ahead of the game and ask for more. Cute ambiance upstairs, fun to watch the game downstairs, and definitely the place we used to go for Sunday Brunch! read more

I was willing to give you five stars in the first place. Great view and beautiful place. But then you brought food with bugs and it kind of ruined all the positive expectations. And at the end, your manager came over and apologized and took out only this dish. I don't mean to be indelicate, but if this was my restaurant or I was managing it, I would have voided the check and I would have given a bunch of bonuses to the customers. I don't want to teach you how to run a business I think you know about your negatives and definitely work on them. Thank you but we will never visit your establishment again. read more

The view at this Viewhouse is actually amazing as you can see the mountains. The atmosphere is awesome and nicely spaced out for social distancing. Viewhouse is one of those places that everyone we knew kept telling us was overrated. But with proper expectations I think they do a pretty good job. They are certainly a bar first restaurant second and the limited menu reflects that fact. However by either standard they have a ton of space and offer two levels of open concept seating in a high end sports bar theme with some great views from the second level. The service was good, and the food was good. I wasn't expecting anything fancy and was pleased with the Buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered. Price is decent as well read more

I stopped in a few weeks ago for some appetizers and drinks. The peach beer they had was pretty good, but the Que Pasa Lager had some wild lemon or other citrus flavor that dominated the drink. I rarely give out one star reviews but I feel like I'm justified in this case with Viewhouse. I have never gone here for food and it's somewhere that's really not known for food, so I was a bit hesitant to go try it, but I went for a friends birthday. So we get there during brunch, and the menu is small but everything on the menu sounded good. I got a mimosa and their huevos rancheros. The mimosa didn't taste that great and didn't taste like blood orange at all and the huevos rancheros weren't piping hot but I thought the flavors were okay. We also ordered Belgian waffles which were probably the worst waffles I've had. They used corn meal and bits of corn in their waffles which was weird to me, and it didn't describe the waffles in the menu so we were surprised when we bit into it and it had a texture of corn bread and had corns in it. Also, the service was okay, not great, despite them having a lot of staff working, the service was quite slow. Now my biggest reason for one stars is because I do believe this restaurant gave me food poisoning and I am laying in bed as we speak vomiting. I believe the huevos rancheros probably made me sick, maybe not properly cooking the food to a safe temperature or using something old and expired. I'm not sure, but I'm laying here miserable because of their slip ups. I know food poisoning can be a bit hard to track but I'm confident I got it from here. Im never going to view house again, overall experience was just bad. read more

I usually go to the downtown location, which I enjoy. This is right down the street from me and I thought it would be about the same. I was half right, the food was definitely the same great taste. I grabbed the jalapeño Explosion burger, soooo tasty, cooked great and came very hot to the table. The service however was a little rough, not sure if it was a bad day or what; but from the manager on down everyone was very standoffish and rude. I asked for a refill of some water and waited about 20 minutes before asking again to which the server replied "yes I know, you asked me" Again, not sure if it was just an off day but I will try again another time, since it is so close to my house. read more

Last time we were here, the food was good but the service was miserable. I was recently back to this location with large group of10 for a birthday brunch around noon. The service we got this time was dramatically improved! The food was was good but our server, Alyson (never Allie!) made for a great afternoon, she did an amazing job. When she took our initial drink orders, she asked each of us for our first name, and anytime she stopped by to check on us (which was frequent) she addressed each of us by name to see if we needed anything. If one or two weren't at their seat because they were at the buffet, she would address another of us to ask "Do you know if (insert name of missing persons) need a refill? She was so friendly, well organized, rolled with the punches with our rowdy group, and just overall was amazing. Her customer service definitely moved this restaurant back up on my list of places to frequent more often. read more
