Phone calls are not returned and once contract is settled she holds final months rent past it's collection date with no effort to return with a valid explanation of why we haven't been paid. They are a very bad management company. They are only concerned with collecting the most amount of $ due to performing the fewest amount of repairs. We own rental property, so we understand how property is supposed to be run. When we moved they took the longest time to return our deposit. When the deposit did come, it was reduced by almost 90%. They deducted everything they could deduct beyond reason. $2.00 per blown out light bulb. $15.00 for a tub faucet knob that was broken when we moved in, BUT was screwed on in a way that did not show this during pre-move in inspection. Leaves in the front yard that were there when we moved in due to a wooded front yard ... amazing. I was considering taking them to court, but decided to move on and focus on enjoying the home we purchased and moved into. I would avoid renting through them at all costs. read more

Do NOT rent from these people. We notified them we were moving a month and a half early. They knew my husband was disabled and that we had had some $$ issues. We paid July rent plus late fees and also paid the August rent weeks early. Because my husband could not get to them by July 31 they are going to keep a $1200 security deposit!!! Be warned: This company is ok until you need something fixed. An emergency in the middle of the night is unspeakable. They don't handle things during the night, according to the manager. This includes no water and a backed up septic system. What is one supposed to do if the HVAC goes out or if there is a major leak in the roof? Are we supposed to suffer until they are open for business? I do believe this is against basic renters laws. read more
