The decor was nice, clean, smooth and exceptionally loungy. Modern lighting fixtures, furniture and colors (soft purple and white). I wanted to sit on the outside patio in the rear but it was full, albeit three tables. Perhaps a bit too trendy but as they say, the proof is in the pudding - I ordered the Beef Pho (10.75 euro). A decent sized bowl arrived on the scene. The sliced beef was arrayed like a flower on top of the sunken noodles. Nice touch. A small plate with cilantro and basil accompanied the dish sans bean sprouts which would have been nice but whatever. The broth was fine, clear and full of flavor. The noodles had a nice bite to them as well. Two little jars: one with Sriracha and the other with Hoisin Sauce was also supplied. A little dab of Sriracha never hurt no one. All in all, a nice diversion and pleasant surprise from normal Dutch fare. I'd actually give the place three-and-a-half stars but no halves available in Yelp. I'll definitely go again but then I'll order the skewered pork I saw the cook skewering when I left the place to catch the tram back to central station, damn.

Being an expat in The Hague, I am desperately craving for a good bowl of Bun Bo Hue (spicy pork and…read morebeef soup). The soup was tasty, however not quiet authentic, however close enough for me to be going back there for another comfort bowl of noodle soup. My husband ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup (pho) and he thought it was good, but again not very authentic either. I will also add that the service is good and ambience is very nice and modern. I gave it a four star as this is probably the best you could get in The Hague.

I got the teriyaki ramen noodles and spring rolls. You get quite a big bowl and the teriyaki chicken was delicious. I am quite an eater and even I got full from the bowl. The springrolls were just the same as regular ones. The place is quite big and comfy, when you order your food they give you this funny looking thing that vibrates when your food is ready. You then go get your food and give them the funny looking thing. The workers are super friendly and helpful. You can see them working in the kitchen. Also they serve halal food which is not so common in asian restaurants.

The concept is simple, you order and pay, pick-up your order and eat. You can also choose to do take away and bring your order home with you. Due to the fact that it is designed to serve quick and filling meals, the menu is focused on main dishes and noodles. Food: 4/5 The food here is tasty and familiar, it is the standard dishes I would expect from a place like this - HK BBQ meat such as crispy pork, soy sauce chicken. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is that there isn't really anything else like it around. Of course, you can get the same take away from St. Anny Food but the difference in quality is tremendous (this is much better!!). Full Moon Express is the sort of place that I would go back to when I want typical Cantonese food. My recommendations: Anything from HK BBQ grill Service: 5/5 Super fast, this is the McDonald's of Chinese food. Atmosphere: 4/5 Cantonese cooking creates a lot of grease and I was surprised by how clean this place was. The counters are made of stainless steel and it just felt like everything was sparkling clean... I wished my kitchen looked like this! Value: 5/5 This is clearly subjective... In comparison to what you would pay for a meal anywhere else, this place is cheap, tasty and filling. However, I can't help but think about how much I would have paid in New York and how much it would cost to make it myself (though clearly my version would not be as tasty...)
