Went with the family to this new Vietnamese restaurant next to Starbucks. It's a local family owned restaurant that serves traditional Vietnamese food such as pho, vermicelli noodles, rice plates, sandwiches and more. They also have bar that serves alcohol with tv screens to watch the game. My family tried the pho, rice place, vermicelli noodle, and chicken wings. We also ordered the cold cut combo and meatball sandwich to go. Everything was delicious. The pho came in a stone bowl which was pretty unique. Keeps the broth hot. The pho only comes in one bowl size, but it is filled with an assortment of meat. The vermicelli noodles were very flavorful. One of the best vermicelli noodles I've ever had. The chicken wings were nice and crispy. And the rice plate was refreshing. We ate the banh mi for lunch the next day and it was very good. The staff were nice, friendly, and attentive. The space was roomy with multiple tables and booths. My family really enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
New establishment in town offering our favorite Viet foodies along with a few of our favorite American snacks! Draft beer, sports TV, karaoke, grill favorite items, banh mi sandwiches and more! Very clean, and neat- not to mention how flavorful and filling the foods were. The owners and staff was aslo the cherry on top. They were so kind and nice. The type that will make you go spread a good word to all your friends! I have some friends coming to check you all out soon. We'll also be back in the future for everything on the menu. Thank you !
I was craving Vietnamese food after wine club events and American fare all weekend. Vietnow was open this late Sunday evening. I was pleasantly surprised. I was looking for beef pho, but it included all the fixings like tendon and tripe. The menu is simple and the Vietnamese essential dishes are here. That's all that matters. They do the beef pho well with flavorful beef broth. The tendon and tripe is legit. You can opt out of beef balls and have more of the other good stuff. The spring rolls were okay. They arrived with Hoisin sauce when normally they're served with peanut sauce. The staff here including the owner are all super nice and solicitous. They have all some great beers and IPA's if you so desire. There's wine also! I'm inclined to return next time I get a Vietnamese food craving, and I am in the area.
Vietnow is a newly opened restaurant in Santa Rosa. I came and ordered their appetizers and was not disappointed. Our waiter was courteous, and our food came out quite quickly. We were also given waters with limes in it. I don't know about you but the extra mile, even just in waters always surprises me. My order: Spring Rolls, Chicken wings, calamari. Spring rolls and calamari were the first to come out of the kitchen. I had plenty of spring rolls in the past, but these were quite the biggest and most packed spring rolls that I've seen in a while. The sauce that accompanied the spring rolls, complimented the spring rolls so well. The calamari were seasoned and lightly fried. Not ridiculously fried, lightly fried and breaded, with a slight crunch. Accompanied by a tartar that did its job and wasn't the star of the appetizer but complimented it. The chicken wings were decent and they were lightly fried. They weren't seasoned or salted but also good they weren't overly seasoned. It looks like they are supposed to be enjoyed with the sweet and sour sauce it was brought with. The sauce brought a nice balance but I sometimes don't use sauces and would like to enjoy the wings on their own as well. If you're looking for good Vietnamese food, lightly fried, good taste, and quick service. Then I would definitely check out Vietnow. ADVICE: Cash is king here. If you want to use a card, they will add a 3% surcharge, so be aware of that and bring cash ahead of time. I hope to try their Bahn Mi and Pho in the future as it looks that they have quite a variety in their dishes.
The food was good it wasn't anything spectacular that was out of this world the service took forever after we ordered and the place was super hot I mean I recommend going in and trying something but for me I don't believe I will be going back any time soon
I like this place because the menu is not big but what they do have on it, they are very good at making it. I had the pork chop and pork bahn mi. So delicious. So fresh. The service was good, the server was a nice guy, very friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes.
Bahn mi is on point! 10/10 I would definitely recommend to my friends. I hope this place does well because it's in a small plaza & not a lot of traffic!

New best vietnamese restaurant in town! My husband went for lunch and insisted that we come back for dinner! Delicious egg rolls! We also tried the crab wontons, I nearly had to fight my husband for them. The BBQ pork rice plate was some of the best pork I've ever had! Staff was eager to help and they were so nice! We're definitely coming back!
Pho was very delicious, chicken wings and onion rings were delicious as well. Wings were perfectly cooked. Onion ring was also lightly battered and perfectly cooked. The pork chop with pork skins, rice plate was very authentic with the Vietnamese sauce. I never had the meat loaf before my first time and I liked it but it's an acquired taste that some may not be use to if your bot familiar with Vietnamese dishes. This place has their own unique style with the food they are serving the Bahn mi's tastes are very authentic meaning they don't skimp on the pate sauce some may love this and some won't but ask for what you like according to what you prefer. They are such kind people who are open for feedback and willing to improve for their customers. They are definitely a mom & pop shop that are looking forward to being apart of the community they grew up in. Hoping to serve you the best of what they got.

I was very excited to order the combination pho With the filet mignon. This restaurant came highly recommended. I was extremely shocked and disappointed to find a large piece of paper in my soup (see photo). Especially after spending almost $25 on this meal after taxes for one dish, this experience was terrible. I did not eat inside the restaurant so I cannot speak of the atmosphere. I ordered it for delivery.

This is my first ever review but this new restaurant was so good I had to leave their first review. Delicious food and beer with good sized portions, and clearly made traditionally. Everything was delicious! The peanut sauce with the spring rolls were amazing! I could drink it. The pho was served in a hot stone bowl which was a nice touch and kept everything hot while we help our toddler eat. Also got the rice plate. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and had great flavor! I'm gonna come back and try their chat siu banh mi out. I had their combo before and it was also great! read more

I got the beef pho. The broth is so flavorful and deep, and the meat so tender. The fresh noodles are a nice touch and don't disintegrate in the hot broth. Service was phenomenal, talked to the owners and they made sure to check in and see how everything was tasting. No skimping on the protein either. read more
