You call in and if you're lucky someone will answer and put your name down. However, once you arrive you could still be waiting. They do take walk-in, you just need to be patient. Obviously based on the name, this is Hanoi style pho. It was a bowl of home for me. The soup was tasty and the beef was soft. Portions were good and I was definitely full afterwards.
