Her management style really shows in the culture of the gym. She's empathetic, supportive, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks in, but she also knows how to push you when you need it. You always feel seen and motivated, not judged. Coach Mark is extremely knowledgeable and brings a different kind of support. He's calm, solid, and always there when you need guidance or reassurance. You can tell he really knows his stuff and wants you to succeed. Coach Ryan and Coach Aaron are awesome at helping you build new skill sets and pushing you toward your maximum potential. They're great at breaking things down, helping you improve technique, and showing you ways to level up that you didn't even realize were possible. I went to a regular gym for about 15 years and never saw real results like I have here. The difference is the environment. People hold you accountable, the coaches care, and you're constantly encouraged to be better. What's funny is I've driven by this gym for years and never really thought about it. With everything being online now and reading reviews, I'm honestly grateful I finally walked in. This place works, and the community makes all the difference. Highly recommend WoPro Fitness if you're serious about real results and being part of a supportive, motivating environment.

The first few classes ended up with my legs shaking so much not only during the class, but afterwards! I could not keep my left leg on my car brake, so at each red light, I had to put my car in park because my legs were still shaking, HAH! Has anyone else had to do that before?! My car is not bougie enough for that brake hold feature. I haven't had a good workout like that in awhile! It has been a great exercise and I really appreciated the instructors making it a personable environment-- they'd greet you warmly and give you shout outs during the class, as well as help you with your form. The restroom is clean and I love zoning out in the class- focusing on my balance, form, and vibing with their awesome playlists. My only complaint is the parking lot/ location. If the class is full or depending on the time, the parking lot may be full-- I recommend coming early to get a spot. Otherwise, you'd have to park on the street across or on the same side down a bit. Also, if you are coming from the side where REI and 24 Fitness is, making that left turn into the plaza is occasionally a pain. If there are cars blocking the plaza, you won't be able to make that left turn into the plaza. I've had to drive towards the next stoplight and make a U-Turn because of this. Another note, it's located next to the Metro, and the stoplight there with the trains passing, can take a long time, just a warning! Shout out to Caitlyn and Norely, who always provides modifications in case we can't do the full move the entire time. Caitlyn's music playlists are the best! I love that she turns up the music to get everyone pumped! Class always passes by super quick too! If this place was closer to me, I'd definitely go more often! If you are considering going to Pilates and this place is not too far, I definitely recommend! They have Black Friday and other sales where their classes are discounted, so definitely keep an eye out for those!

    I highly recommend Wilson for chronic back pain and body imbalances…read more I've had back issues since high school that turned into years of poor posture especially once I started working and sitting even more. My entire right side was off, from my toe, knee, hip, back, even up into my shoulders. I just had no idea what the root cause was or how to fix it. I've seen MANY physical therapists throughout the years, tried acupuncture, and gotten regular massages. Unfortunately none of them provided relief for more than a few days. I also worked with other trainers before, but they trained me in more generic ways and overlooked my imbalances. Sometimes it would make my pain got worse. I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Wilson. I immediately felt a HUGE DIFFERENCE just from our discovery session. He picked up on issues in my movement just by watching me do a few exercises. He used the massage gun to loosen muscles I didn't even know were contributing to my pain. He explained exactly tight, what was weak, and how everything connected. He told me I'd feel better within two months... but honestly, I started feeling better within just TWO WEEKS of seeing him twice a week. This is genuinely the best money I've ever spent on my health. I'm definitely stronger, more balanced, and NOT IN CONSTANT PAIN!! I can go on longer hikes and spend more time walking my dog without stopping to massage my back... I've truly enjoyed working out with her...We laugh, we talk, and over time we've built a genuine rapport that makes every session something I look forward to. It feels like I'm training with a friend who just happens to also be an amazing coach and really cares about your progress. She also communicates well, takes the time to answer my questions, and is reliable with scheduling. She shows up consistently prepared and fully present for every session, which I really appreciate. In our personal sessions, she took the time to understand my goals and helped me build strength, consistency, and healthier habits in a way that felt sustainable and encouraging. In group classes, she brings that same energy...warm, inclusive, and always making sure everyone feels seen and supported. I also want to share appreciation for SoFit SoCal. It's a clean, welcoming space with a really positive atmosphere that makes it easy to show up and stay motivated. The second pregnancy did a number on my body and I was looking for someone who could help me restore my body and help me get strong. Enter Emma! She is patient and caring and I have never felt better. She is encouraging without being overly pushy and she understands your limitations. I found the perfect gym to begin working out with a personal trainer Brian. The goal was to increase my core muscles, maintain flexibility and protect my back from future injury. Brian has been great to work with, always observing and correcting my form. I feel stronger over the past year and my back feels better. When I'm there for my twice weekly workouts, there are usually a handful of trainers working with their clients. All the trainers work together in sharing the space and equipment. It's a comfortable and motivating environment to train in.

They know how to push without being overly pushy but I think they roughly adapt to each person as much as they can. There's a great emphasis on form for all the weightlifting motions. Didn't think CrossFit would be the fix to all my joint and overuse issues but it's absolutely working. It's getting me back into the all the other sports I used to do. Definitely looking forward to staying on the journey with them but just wanted to give them a great rating. It's a fun and welcoming community also. However before getting to the facility we were in touch with the owner, but the follow-up wasn't clear. We were supposed to be sent waivers and that didn't happen. We had to go up to one of the trainers so sign a waiver and no one was able to tell us the pricing which was strange. Part of me felt like we were being excluded for some reason and we ended up going somewhere else. The workout itself was great and the facility was clean and organized. I just won't be returning personally, but others should give it a try. It looks like they may be looking for a specific type of person to join and that wasn't us.
