Sure, they don't have the typical massage chairs you'd expect at a nail salon but this place is totally not your typical nail spot. This Latinx biz is full of life from the moment you walk in until you leave. Expect an energetic experience celebrating life, just because. You can get some complimentary drinks like coffee, tea or water and order yourself a nice glass of wine or champagne at the bar. Don't worry, you don't have to even get up, it comes to you! The girls that work here are so kind and sweet and VERY thorough with their services. We got 3 last minute pedicures on a Saturday evening right before closing and the owner was so accommodating to squeeze us in. It wasn't rushed, they took their time and went IN on the cuticles, massages, scrubs and all. Even my husband's pedicure wasn't just a quick 20 minute, she took her time and thoroughly worked on his feet. We all needed it! One of my favorite parts about the experience here is being able to get seated in the pedicure bowls right away and picking polish straight from your chair without having to stare at a wall of colors for 15 minutes to try to pick and choose. This was so convenient and makes everything less stressful and easy. It was a day before my birthday and I wanted a full set and my normal volcano pedicure. I emailed this establishment and I believe the owner or manager responded quickly and told me I could come in today without an appointment. We messaged back and forth which I love the communication. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem. This entire experience has been wonderful and I will be brining my husband back to put the seal of approval but I know this will be our nail salon from now on. He did a good job on my pedicure, however, when it was time to polish, he handed me off to the worker that was already busy with someone else's pedicure. He then went outside to catch a breather, and then came back into the shop to give his self a manicure. So I sat there an additional 25 minutes waiting for her to finish polishing the other person. When she did come to me, she had to clean up of his hits and misses before she gave me a polish. The quality is there, but the efficiency lacks. They also have a separate glass enclosed room for eyebrows and I assume doing lashes (the name?). The gal who did my toes -- I got a pedicure -- didn't understand much English, but she understood it enough. She cut my nails very short and applied the nail polish I'd chosen. If you're looking for a good foot and leg massage, this isn't it -- it was a bit perfunctory -- but that was okay. They charge $22 for a pedicure. But if you check in with your yelp app, you can get a $2 discount. Good deal. I'd probably try them again if my regular places are too crowded or I'm deciding at the last minute to get a pedicure.

He popped/pried off what remained of my previous soft builder gel on my nails with a nail tip (which is bad practice and considered damaging to the natural nail) and in the application of the gel I experience heat spikes (temporary burning sensation) on each nail during curing. He told me this was normal, but I later learned heat spikes during curing are caused by thick, all at once gel application rather than in proper multiple layers. I don't know why I tipped ‍ It was not a great experience but I was gonna let it slide until now it's only a week later and a nail has popped off and I'm experiencing lifting on both hands. I paid a total of almost $108 dollars for the builder gel and gel pedicure and I already need a repair in under a week? I blame the rushed service. I was expecting a professional application. Mind you, it wasn't even busy that day so he was just cutting corners for the fun of it .
