San Juan airport location. With only two dining choices, we selected Vienna. Got two pre-made turkey club sandwiches for $13 each. Mayo was spilling out of the sides of the bread. Each sandwich had one piece of turkey, one piece of processed cheese, wilted lettuce, and one slice of tomato. We should have waited and bought sandwiches on the plane. read more

I hardly ever buy airport food for reasons like this. I paid $22 for a small personal pizza and a small bottle of water. The ladies working at the counter were very rude and the one who checked me out at the register was rushing me when I was taking my money out to pay. I was rushed to pay but they sure took their time giving me my food. I saw people who ordered after me getting their pizzas so I had to go up and tell one of the workers that I was waiting on a pizza. She simply walked over to the pizzas and handed me one... why was I waiting to begin with?? Luckily, the pizza was a safe choice for me. It was good. I see other customers weren't so lucky with their food choices based on other reviews. Anyway, this place needs new management and employees who will treat customers better. read more

If possible I would give this resturant 0 stars. I never write reviews but feel compelled to tell my story as I was absolutely humiliated by one of the staff members and am unable to reach management as the phone number listed is not in service. I placed my order and there was obvious miscommunication between me and the workers as I do not speak Spanish. I had asked for two chicken sandwiches and a guava pastry. I was accidentally charged for only one sandwich and was given the wrong flavor of pastry which was not a problem. I calmly told the worker that I actually wanted two sandwiches and that they gave me the wrong flavor of pastry. Again there was miscommunication as they tried to give me two pastries instead. I again told them I only wanted one pastry but two sandwiches and that I needed to pay for the second sandwich they never charged me for. At this point it was very obvious that the workers were getting frustrated as there was a lot of miscommunication going on. The one worker ended up shoving the bag of pastries at me and told me I could just have them at that point. I then told them again I would still like to buy another sandwich. Eventually they understood and I paid for the sandwich however they never gave it to me. I had to then remind them I was still waiting to be given the sandwich I paid for. This is when the worker berated me infront of everyone else in line, stating that I had an ugly attitude and that I was rude. I was not being rude to them at all I was simply advocating for myself and making sure I received the food that I paid over $50 for. I was absolutely mortified and embarrassed as I have never been treated that way and work customer service myself and make a conscious effort to always be kind and understanding. I really wasn't upset that they messed up my order multiple times because of the clear language barrier. However there was no language barrier when she got in my face and humiliated me infront of all their other customers. Huge ripoff. I got 2 premade sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a cookie. Cost was $44. I couldn't believe the price when I was checking out. Not only is it a bad deal, the food is pretty bad too. Gross. Do not go here. They don't have what's on the menu. The food is barely edible. So gross. So horribly gross. The staff is rude and slow. At 6 am waited in line for 23 minutes to be told they don't have coffee and they don't have breakfast sandwiches. They have Dominoes pizza and chicken sandwiches and some jelly filled pastry. The prices are very high even by airport prices standards. This place is terrible. 10 oz juice is $5. It's amazing they're even in business. Do not go here. Nothing you can eat There are only a few options if you need to catch an early flight at SJU. This Vienna Snack thing is the only place where no huge line piled as a crazy rock concert. For sure, the unpopularity has its reasons. What they have on the menu is not there. The visitors can only eat the fridge stuff. Two sizes for hot chocolate (10 oz. or 6 oz.). HUGE JOKE I thought when the staff points me to the tiny baby 6 oz cup. Very disappointed. Trust me, go to pile up at the Starbucks line. read more

Service is absolutely terrible. I visited one of their location in San Juan Airport near Gate B5. The staff was inattentive, no one was available to provide seating. I proceeded to sit down and waited for 5 mins, no one came to ask me if I needed anything and the staff was too busy conversing by the bar. After waiting for another few minutes, I raised my hand and asked someone to come over and help me. The waitress saw me and instead of coming over she looked away as if to tell me she did not want to serve me. After seeing that, I was done. I got up and left the restaurant and walked over to Margaritaville where they were happy to help me. It's a shame this company would have staff like this working for them. You just lost a customer and I hope people see this and think twice about using your establishment. read more

So I never write reviews, good or bad I just never spend time doing it. However, this place deserves a review and not for the best reasons. Cheese pizza only half of it had cheese, hard as rock (was bought in the AM so probably was from the day before). Wings....I thought that there wasn't such a thing as a bad wing until I tasted the ones from this place. Burnt, no sauce and the only good thing was the ranch dressing and I guess they didn't screw up that because it comes pre-packed. Let's talk about prices, I understand airport prices are higher than usual but I could have gone to a sit down airport restaurant and pay less than here. When at this airport in the B terminal you have either the fancy place at the front, the bar or the snack shack next door... If you're on a budget and don't want a drink and HAVE to run to your connecting flights you might want to think about stopping here. Fast and decent cafeteria food, the chicken fingers is the best deal at just over $12 for 6 pieces, fries and a drink. It's not amazing food by the stretch of the means, but it gets rid of that headache you may have and give you the boost to get trough the PR traffic! Enjoy. read more

Long line and there were NO hamburgers or cheeseburgers ready. We waited a long time for them to make more. The cashier in the attached photo was rude. Yelling "next in line" and we ALL kept telling her we were waiting for burgers. She was yelling back......there are chicken sandwiches and hot dogs so just take them so we don't hold up the line. We kept telling her we want burgers and she was getting even more nasty with the entire line. Then we asked for fries and they had not made any yet. Ridiculous high pricing for what you get. Go for the empanadas at $4.40 each. Very fresh and filling and half the price of almost everything else. $5.50 for a hot dog!?
