All of my cuticles left cut from the manicure I received

Would not go back here again. Way over priced ($93 for gel pedicure and powder dip manicure on my natural nails not acrylics). The manicure was also super painful as the manicurist cut every single cuticle on both hands. I wanted a white sparkly nail dip and was left with this weird clear-white nail dip that mattes out the sparkles...honestly looks like a 5 year olds work. For the place being empty on a Sunday I felt like the manicurist rushed. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the pedicure I receive was done very well and painless (I had two different techs working on me). Would not recommend this place to anyone

I made an appointment. Got a pedicure from a very rude nail tech who I caught rolling her eyes at me more than once. As if it was inconvenient that she had to do her job. I got a CNC dip manicure, it looks horrible. Uneven. Discolored in places. Sloppy edges. The worst part was the end, when the nail tech that did my manicure demanded a cash tip at the register. Literally demanded it. I will not be returning. Overpriced, with poor service and quality. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money with this place like I did.

This place is very nice and clean, and Vie the owner is very sweet and accommodating. I'm very bad about waiting til the last minute and they always get me in. I am super picky about the shape of my nails and she doesn't get mad at me. She is fast but does a great job and doesn't damage my nails with a drill which I love.

I got A fill for my acrylics. The lady who did them was very hostile with me. I was quiet just letting her do her thing. I flinched and told her that it was hurting and she continued to do it. Then, when there was a bunch of lumps on my nails she just filled them down and redid the top coat. Then, after I got them done my nail beds were extremely itchy and behind the nail was itchy. Then a week later my thumb came off.

Ok I decided to try this place out. I paid $60 (not including gratu) for a full set ombré coffin with unicorn glitter on top. My nails turned out beautiful but I don't see how they came out to be $60... my nails were done by Tina. Everyone was very nice but I don't think I'll be back because the nail tip quality looked very very thin and flimsy; also the price seemed too steep. She used a small layer of acrylic so I hope they last and don't break off. Other reviews are also complaining of overpriced service. I'll update if my nails don't last long! read more

My nail tech moved away and I was having a difficult time finding someone that offers hard gel manicures. Vie, Bebe, & Mimi offer hard gel manicures. They all three do beautiful work and are pleasant and friendly as well. The salon is kept very clean and instrumental music is played softly in the background for a calm, relaxing experience. Grateful to have this business so close to my home. read more

I've been looking for a new nail salon and thought I give Vie Salon a try. I called and made an appointment and when I got there Vie was ready for me. There was a large color selection, the salon was clean and the atmosphere was great. I'm very happy with my nails I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. I will definitely be back. read more

The manicurist on table two is terrible. Firstly; she cut my nails way too short. she did a horrible job simply, painting my nails. i asked for an additional coat since the color I chose was a darker red. With a deep sigh from her, it seemed like it was an inconvenient task for her. She then ATTEMPTED to file my nails and end up tearing the skin off my pinky! PAINFUL. I had to tell her, "you're not filing my nail you're filing my skin off" ....ZERO apology of course! I couldnt be more upset. Based on the other reviews; it seems to me- hurting clients is her M.O. BEWARE PS, it took her but 11 minutes to complete my shi*%^ manicure $35. SAVE your money and buy tacos, instead! read more

This is over the span of 5 days. Tips broke off cause she didn't glue them on properly. She would put a drop of glue on the tip, it would pop off then she would redo it multiple times. They were discolored, 1 came off completely & 2 crooked. Gave them the chance to fix & was insulted so failed a dispute with my bank after which an employee of theirs, who I never met, wrote a letter to the bank full of LIES, claiming i was given the option not to pay. UNTRUE. This place is full of rude, dishonest people. It's sad that the good work done by a few is ruined by the actions of others. As for Kevin Nguyen, the man who lies, I hope $55 was worth loosing a customer & all her friends over. read more

I went in here with a picture of the nails I wanted, the guy said that they were pretty. He was a nice guy, but he was playing a game on his phone throughout the process and it looks like a child did my nails. The lady who did my toes had a bad attitude and kept snatching the paper towels from my toes when I asked her to reshape my toenails. So you would think the owner would want her customers to return, however yesterday she removed my granddaughters acrylic nails without soaking them. She pulled them off as my granddaughter clearly cringed in pain and the Vie continued as tears rolled down her face! I was having a manicure with my back to them so I didn't see,but a sweet customer who was waiting questioned Vie about this procedure and she told her it was the best way! The rating is actually -10 stars. Went to this shop thinking my daughter & I would get a little pampering done and get manicures. From the moment we walked in and clearly asked them for 2 manicures and were seated we were done and out in 20 mins. There was only one other patron in the shop so they certainly were NOT busy and now looking back I know why. THE WORST MANICURES WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED and charged $30!!!! ($15 ea) And of course we did NOT tip. My daughters nails which WERE (key word WERE) at a nice length was so excited to get them shaped and looking fresh but instead the moment she sat in the seat the lady took out MENS size nail clippers (mind you,she has petite hands and nails) and with one snip her nails were cut and gone within seconds with barely any whites of her nails left, never filed and left at a sharp square shape. Luckily my nails are already short so I didn't have that problem but Instead the entirety of my nail beds were filed with an electric file leaving them very rough. I think they thought we were getting gel nails which we NEVER asked for when we sat down. It was only then my daughter spoke up and said we don't want gel nails just regular manicures. From that moment our nails were painted 1st and then given a lotion rub 2nd that was literally about 30 seconds and a few of our nails were smudged during this ridiculousness then were told we could move to another chair to "air dry" I immediately said let's go, paid & left (only Venmo taken) ......DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS COMPLETE JOKE OF A BUSINESS. A toddler could've done a better job. read more

This is my 2nd time trying Vie. The first experience with the male technician was a flawless manicure. However this 2nd time with a lady technician was the most aggressive and sloppy manicure of my life. These pictures are after I had to ask for excess polished to be removed all over my hands. I have been coming here for awhile. Went this week and received the worst pedicure I have ever had from them. The woman's massage was lighter than my dog licking my leg. She stared out the door the entire time. I also noticed she pulled out two tools from the "soiled" box. Yikes. Time to find a new place. read more

Clean nail salon, which I appreciate. They line the tubs for pedicures and use already portioned our scrubs. They are always well staffed so there isn't a wait even without an appointment. The pedicure is...a pedicure. Nothing really makes it stand out as anything special. I had two different people here the two times I've come and for $22 (basic pedicure) it is just that. The parking lot is small, but finding parking has never been an issue. To make this a 5 star, I think the massage would need to be better. read more

I have to say I'm super disappointed. I really wanted to like this place considering the owner is from my old favorite shop.. I the most expensive tips I've ever paid for and within a week they were lifting so bad I needed a new set. My nails were all different lengths and driving me crazy so I went to get them done and when they filed the polish off there was no point in keeping them on. I also once got a regular gel mani that lifted in one day, went back to give their tips a shot.. Their mani was super expensive and a waste too. 2 stars only bc the pedi was good. read more

I never write reviews, but this place has really disappointed me. The prices are not cheap, so it makes me upset that I wasted money. I got a mani/pedi a week and a half ago. My gel manicure started lifting 3 days after I received services and now they are completely off. I was able to literally peel the polish off in one clean swipe. The lady doing my nails was very rushed, she didn't file my nails evenly. My nails look crooked. My pedicure is starting to discolor. I have white polish on my nails and the tips look almost orange or brown. This has never happened to me before, but it just looks ridiculous. Do NOT waste your time, please go somewhere else! read more

So spacious, beautifully decorated, luxurious Spa chairs and you feel pampered from beginning to end with the gel manicure, you're treated to paraffin wax and warm lotion to moisturize your hands and arm's! The owners are so nice and the employees are very friendly! They do beautiful work, very professional! I finally got the Chrome nails that I've been wanting and I love them! One visit to V Nails and Spa and you won't go anywhere else... the best nail salon in town!! Don't come to this place, save your money!!, Brand new spa beautifully appointed decorations. That's the best you'll get out of this place. I had my nails done by Nicole and my nails started chipping in one day and broke. I couldn't believe how thin she was filing them down. Upside, the lady that did my pedicure was very sweet, however, no foot or leg massage. She told me just the scrub. Wow, I have been getting pedicures for over 30 years. This was a first for me. I think clearer communication upfront from Spa Girl promotions about the fact that these are laser procedures rather than standard facials would help set expectations better for future clients. I had already made my deposit and followed every instruction given to me beforehand. When I arrived, however, I was told they would not honor the discount I had been quoted because there were "no notes in my file." Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly an internal communication issue, I was told I was lying. Whether or not someone documented something properly is not the client's fault. I did everything I was asked to do. I even told them it was fine and that I would pay the higher price just to move forward with the appointment. Despite that, the staff continued to question me and speak to me in a way that felt accusatory and demeaning. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I was made to feel embarrassed and foolish for something completely out of my control. I ultimately left in tears. I would strongly encourage this business to work on communication, professionalism, and how they speak to clients. No one deserves to be treated this way.

I reached out to the owner, Christina, to clarify why I was charged Botox pricing after being…read moretalked into Dysport without a clear explanation of the cost difference. Her responses were filled with confusing jargon that didn't match standard unit conversions or my actual experience. When I asked for clarification, the conversation was dismissed instead of resolved. For a $200 difference, I was surprised by the lack of transparency and the unwillingness to address the issue. I'm sharing our correspondence so others can see the interaction for themselves. Our correspondence after many failed attempts! Her response was not correct, a confusing bunch of jargon and then she dismissed me after my response! Hi Christina, I want to clarify my concern one last time. Ten days before this appointment, I had a full Botox treatment elsewhere. At your office, I only received a very small touch‑up: a bit above my brows, a small amount in the DAO area, and a tiny amount above my lip. This was not a full forehead or full‑area treatment. Your injector specifically told me she used 1 unit of Dysport on each side of my top lip, and when I asked about the conversion and pricing, the explanation I received didn't make sense. Now that I see the lack of results -- and considering I also had swelling in one eye afterward -- I do not believe I received anything close to the Botox‑equivalent of 24 units. It feels consistent with 24 units of Dysport total, not 72 units. I also want to mention that during the visit, I asked about options for skin tightening and wrinkle reduction and explained that I have rosacea. I was told that CO resurfacing would be good for me, even though that type of treatment is generally contraindicated for rosacea and can worsen redness and sensitivity. I was also encouraged toward hormone pellets after mentioning I take hormones, which felt like unnecessary upselling. Overall, the experience came across as high‑pressure rather than patient‑focused. I'm not going to continue going back and forth. I'm simply asking for fair billing based on the actual amount injected. A $200 reimbursement would resolve this. If not, I will leave an honest review and move on. Best, Her only email before the response you just read. Then I was dismissed.... Ghosted.. Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concerns. We completely understand that pricing for injectable treatments can sometimes be confusing, especially when comparing Dysport and Botox. Dysport and Botox are both neuromodulators, but they are measured using different unit scales. Dysport units are not equivalent to Botox units. In clinical practice, approximately 2.5-3 units of Dysport provide a similar effect to 1 unit of Botox. To keep pricing straightforward and consistent for our clients, our office structures Dysport pricing so that the treatment cost is comparable to Botox for the same aesthetic outcome. We use a 3:1 approach. For example, what may be normally be documented as 72 units of Dysport corresponds roughly to about 24 units of Botox in clinical effect and we call 24 units of Dysport in our office. For reference, the manufacturer's (Galderma) recommended dosing for Dysport in FDA-approved areas includes: * Glabellar lines (frown lines between the brows): 50 units total (administered across 5 injection points) * Lateral canthal lines (crow's feet): 30 units per side (60 units total) Actual dosing may vary based on muscle strength, anatomy, and desired results, which is why your treatment plan is customized during consultation. Our goal is always to deliver safe, natural-looking results while maintaining transparent and consistent pricing. If you would ever prefer pricing strictly by Dysport unit rather than Botox-equivalent dosing, we are happy to discuss options. The attitude of certain employees is unbelievable--I'm genuinely surprised this is considered acceptable in a medical/aesthetic setting. Pricing was misquoted multiple times, and I was given different numbers and explanations depending on who I spoke with. On top of that, I received calls and texts from several different phone numbers, with no clarity on who anyone actually was or who I was supposed to contact for accurate answers. It created total confusion and zero accountability. The only positive experiences I had were with Sierra at the front desk and the medical provider who performed my service. They were kind, professional, and the only bright spots in this entire situation. I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution anyone considering LaserAway to think twice, especially if clear communication, accurate pricing, and customer service matter to you.

If I could zero, I would.. Save your money & don't come here, I did a callus removal on my feet, and the woman doing it was making fun of how much skin she got off my feet and was showing all the other clients and employees, laughing saying how disgusting all the skin was. I was so embarrassed My pedicure was great but the paint job was horrible. My nails were the worse acrylic nails/gel that I've ever gotten in my life. They were lumpy, and had not only clear bubbles in them but black bubbles in them. They didn't even sand on the sides and we're so fat, I had to go back to have them sand them. And the girl was annnoyed and told me i didnt ask her to sand them. What? I never have to ask, they always do that. To top it off, i got my eyebrows waxed, they didnt take me in the back privately, but did it in the front room as everyone watched. Then when I went to go pay with my credit card they wouldn't allow me to tip on my credit card and had a big sign on the counter. They told me to go next-door and pull cash out of the ATM for a tip. I was pissed and I think it's rude. I didn't want a four dollar fee from my bank so I had to run all the way across the street to a 7-Eleven to pull cash out of the ATM to tip them on my shitty nail job. I'm done. I spent over a hundred dollars, for what? I will never go back read more

I usually don't post but when my wife comes home and the first thing she says is how horrible a place is I feel the need to let people know. My wife took her 7 year old niece to this place today for the first time and were very disappointed. They went in for manicure/pedicure combo and were sat in chairs with an empty chair between them. When my wife asked to be seated next to each other (because they were on a birthday date for the 7 year old) the lady rolled her eyes and said "seriously". My wife found this extremely rude and instantly got a bad vibe from this lady, especially because the place wasn't busy at all. She also had her legs slapped away when she went to put her feet in the water and basically yelled at. She felt very embarrassed in front of the child that this lady would be so rude. Basically she felt that this particular older manicurist very much either hated her job or didn't want to be there. She will never go back. read more

This salon is beautiful inside, super clean!! They use liners in the spa chairs...with a gel manicure you get a free paraffin wax on your hands! The owner cares so much about her customers...and hires people like herself...I'm really picky about my gel manicures, I have never been dissatisfied with Vie's...Waxing, nails and eye lashes all at one stop...what more could a girl ask for. I am so happy that this place open in my area. I have had such bad experience with all the nail salons in Wildomar and Temecula. I was so pleased with the customer service and with the staff but not only that I was very pleased with my pedicure. I liked that they took their time and listen to what I needed. The staff are so kind and sweet. The owner is super nice and Ivy is sweet and very very nice. I'm sticking to this nail salon. Can't wait to get my nails done. read more

I promote cleanliness and it has been a direct goal of mine to get a mani pedi done at least once a month to keep my fingers healthy.
