It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate.
