I emailed a couple other photographers, and he replied fast to emails answering all of my questions. At the session under the pier he was very personable and professional. We have Two year old boy that he captured perfectly! He was patient and offered valuable input. Our album was up for viewing a few days after the session and his website is very user friendly. You can't beat his prices, and we will definitely recommend him to friends and family visiting OCMD!

The pictures we received were beyond anything we had hoped for- great group shots and adorable candid shots of our 4 grandkids playing in both the sand and the water. I had a great experience with this business after dealing with Delaware Digital Video on Concord…read morePike, that basically told me to give them $80, but it may not be fixable and can't get to until January. I called OK Video and Tricia was wonderful and assured me they would try and fix the vhs tape and have everything ready and copied in the next week or so. When I walked in Tricia greeted me with a smile, looked at the tape and said it probably won't be a problem. I got a call a few days later that it was all fixed and copies were made. They not only charged less than they told me, but gave me a discount as well. They were accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond in my opinion. When I asked the gentleman that fixed it how bad it was, he said it just needed to be put in a new tape. It was not that bad and it only cost $15 to replace the vhs tape. I am so thankful that after my Father passed away, that I can share this gift of his video with my siblings this Christmas. Thank you OK Video for your kindness and helping us keep his memory alive for our family this holiday season!

I want to give a shout out to Disc Hounds on Gay Street in West Chester (next to Rita's Water Ice)…read more We finally got around to having our videos transferred to DVD's. Disc Hounds did so much more than just burning DVD's for us. They used snapshots from the videos on both the sturdy DVD box they put the discs in and on the DVD's marking each new chapter. This extra effort proved to me that they care about their product and their customers, and are not tired of, or apathetic about the family birthday parties, Christmases with grandparents etc. of which they must see a lot. Their pricing was fair. (One video only had only a short amount used, and they priced it accordingly.) We are so glad we finally did this! The DVD's are great fun to watch! Disc Hounds also puts videos in editable digital formats, which I will enjoy as I make family slideshows/videos for graduations, weddings and other occasions.

All went well and turned out as I had hoped and expected. Their pricing was good. They responded in a timely manner to any questions. Have Joe and Becca there for our wedding day was like having another friend come along on our…read morecrazy, wonderful journey. They truly captured the essence of who we are as a couple and as a family, from beginning to end. We knew the place we chose (mountain top) was beautiful on its own, but they managed to find even better spots and more incredible shots than we could have even imagined. What looked like an ordinary golf course and bench, for example, turned into this gorgeous fall foliage field. They experimented with drones, giving us these unreal artistic shots, but the heart of who they are was taking photos of our special moments -- tears, laughter, love, dancing and all. And they froze their butts off with us to get it done in unseasonably cold weather! Plus, damn, they are well-oiled machines, with such organization and precision to make sure we got all the photos we wanted without having to spend a lot of time away from the celebration. We could not recommend JPG Photo & Video enough. So many people have already commented that these are hands-down the most beautiful wedding photos they've ever seen. Kind, personable, organized, professional, creative and artistic.

Choosing a photographer for a wedding is a big decision because your photos will be long-lasting…read moremementos of the day, and also because there are a lot of variables (style, quality, personality, price, etc.). We loved the photos we saw on JPG's website and their commitment to customers was clear from our very first conversation with Joe. We worked together to come up with a price/package that met our needs and chose Matt Bender as our primary photographer. Our engagement session gave us a chance to get to know Matt and for him to know us. When the big day came, we felt very comfortable with him and he (along with 2 other photographers) did a great job managing our family and bridal party for group shots. Many guests commented that our photographers were awesome throughout the evening. This skill should not be overlooked when you are evaluating a wedding photographer! In the end, we were thrilled with the quality and variety of pictures. The photo journalistic style captured the true essence of the day and there were a lot of really fun shots. To top it off, all of JPG's wedding packages include a DVD or thumb drive of high-res images with personal use rights - which means you have full flexibility when it comes to albums and prints. Bottom line: JPG brought the style, quality, and personality we were looking for at a competitive price. They were easy to work with from start to finish and we could not have been happier with the results.
