I had been transferring videos myself using my own amateur equipment, but their equipment was far superior. Not to mention, Eric (the owner) is extremely professional, trustworthy and very friendly! I wouldn't want to hand over my irreplaceable home videos to just anyone, but I completely trusted Eric with them. He is a professional that has been in the broadcasting business for decades and clearly knows what he's doing. Not to mention, his studio was incredibly impressive - it was very cool to see for a video-editing nerd like myself! He even took the time to show me around his studio, such incredible equipment. In any case, I highly recommend VideoTapeTransfers for digitizing your videos! They came out fantastic - great audio and great video quality!! Just what I was looking for. Also very reasonably priced ($25 for a two-hour VHS; everywhere I looked was in the $20 to $30 range, with the $20 places not having professional equipment, and the $30 range just being overpriced). Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

We did a full service move - pack, move and unpack - and they were wonderful. They were patient and careful (Matt and Brian are the sweetest - and fast packers!) and made sure my parents' bed was assembled for them to sleep on in their new house. Not one thing broken and the communication was great. The price was very fair for such extensive service and matched the original quote. I can't recommend them enough!

They answered our questions, explained the whole process and we needed to move up our move by a week, last minute, and they happily accommodated our schedule. Moving day arrived and it was one of the hottest days of the year! They said they would be at the house between 8:30 and 9:30, they showed up at 8:25 and immediately got to work. The guys hustled and had our belongings packed and ready to go faster than expected. The Movesmith also agreed to stop at our storage unit on the way to the new house and load that up for us as well. The crew worked hard all day, they took excellent care of our belongings and were careful not to mark up our newly painted walls. My wife and I were blown away by the service we received and the price was less than I expected. The owner even stopped by at one point to see how things were going. You cannot ask for better service. If you need movers, The Movesmith is the way to go. I cannot recommend them enough.

Although it wasn't cheap, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and the how the previously damaged photo turned out. There was a plaque on the wall that featured all of the employees - all of whom have backgrounds in art. A sample of their art work was shown as well. Special thanks to Lisa who spent a lot of time with me explaining the different services and the different finishes available. And to Anne who carefully packaged all of the photo prints I had made for family members. This business also does framing. The showroom was filled with actual samples. They also do reproductions of art work. One funny thing to note. I used their bathroom while I was there and it was beautifully done with lots of extras, including hand lotion and art work. You could tell that women worked there! Lol

This thing is amazing, it has a blown right channel. He looked at it a few days after I called and then I guess he realized what he had in his hands....then the manipulation began. He told me it would $1450 to fix it!!! Then he started asking questions about my needs, as if he wanted the unit himself. He gave me several choices of mediocre receivers worth in the $350.00 range. I called a reputable shop, that wasn't in somebody's house in Phoenixville. I explained what Gervassi told me about the unit and I was informed his price was way out in left field...I believe what he was up to was to get me to give up my receiver. I went out to get the receiver from him today and he returned it to me with 4 new scratches in the beautiful brushed aluminum finish...they were fresh scratches as one can tell these things by the fact that they were bright and were not oxidized. He then of course blamed the scratches on me. I know with 100% certainty the unit was not scratched when I left it with them. It's a junky unprofessional looking setup with all kinds of crap laying all over their garage and muscle cars in the driveway. I wish I had not listened to my amp tech, but I can assure you he won't be recommending this guy again. I wish I had seen some of the other reviews, but there is clearly a pattern here. Also, other reputable shops charge $50 to evaluate, he charged $80. Buyer beware, don't go there.

I was not given enough time to explain what happened with the iPod, the fact that it is working just fine but that Apple Music on my laptop began to sync over it with out my knowledge. He insisted on talking over (and down to) me, going on about how he works with businesses not consumers, that I don't understand what he does, that he has no interested in working on this, etc. I was more than willing to spend several hundred dollars to recover this data because it's very important to me, but the guy wouldn't even let me speak.
