It feels aggressive to say that the Parcha-Caramel Bon Bon I just ate is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth, but I think it might be accurate.
This dessert and cocktail bar (aptly named) JUST opened up but already seems to know exactly what it's doing. The exterior is decorated in splashes of pastels while the interior is bright, clean, and feminine without being over the top. But, more importantly, their customer service is great. They saw me taking a look at the menu from outside and sweetly--but not pushily--greeted me and gave me information about their fledgling bar. They walked me through all of their dessert offerings and were so excited to hear my thoughts. They took my feedback very well when I let them know that the blondie could have used more salt; the server seemed to genuinely appreciate the feedback and was quick to offer to bring me a little bowl of flaky salt--and then she came back to check that it did the trick.
