I'll never be able to go back to a "Global Gym" again. Being able to schedule and reserve a station to myself is the only way to workout. Each pod has everything I need to get in a great workout. I no longer have to wait on equipment to become free or deal with the people who don't have gym etiquette. I never have difficulty reserving my spot, and if needed Victor is very responsive, and very accommodating if my schedule changes last second. Super excited since he has since expanded and now offers Jiu Jitsu classes too. Can't wait to try em out. ********* This is a top notch facility with great equipment in a convenient location. My normal criteria for evaluating a gym are: programming, coaches and the facility itself, since I chose the individual membership, my review is mainly on the latter two. The facility is a great studio with brand-new equipment. Barbells, free weights, cardio equipment, rings and the like. You can reserve an hour slot Monday through Saturday to work out free of distraction. The owners, Victor and Sylvia, are great too! Extremely friendly staff who will give you a spot and are willing to let you finish your work out, even if it goes over their normal closing time. They also have a posted work out in case you're looking for ideas. Since I was on an individual membership, I didn't use their classes or one-on-one training but I did observe, and found those to be very focused. I can't wait for them to expand. Hopefully it will be with higher ceilings so I get the most out of the rings and my oly lifts. read more

This gym is a hidden gem! I walked by several times and wasn't sure if it was a good fit for me. When I finally tried it out in March of 2018, I couldn't believe what I had been missing. I learned how to use equipment properly, how to challenge myself and how to make real gains. As an independent member, I am able to reserve a station and I have access to a workout of the day. The workout of the day forces me to step out of my comfort zone and work out parts of my body that I used to neglect. The owner, Victor, genuinely cares about all of his clients and their goals. I started with the 6 week challenge in October and met my goal, and now it's March. I feel stronger, healthier and I have built a routine for coming here. Of course I have proudly lost weight and gained muscle too! I have met many people from the community with the same struggles and goals, and I am continuously being educated by the trainers with proper exercise form, food and overall support! This is a great neighborhood gym filled with lots of awesome trainers, each with different types of training expertise. I've been training here for over a year now and originally came from a Crossfit gym. In the beginning I stuck with my "Crossfit-like" WOD's and then transitioned to more traditional strength training. I injured myself a few times along the way and there's even a trainer here who specializes in identifying the injury and creating a rehab program to gain your strength back. Amazing personal attention and always takes the time to really learn about you as an individual. They listen to preferences, goals, and even day to day nutrition. Never pushy and I'm always appreciative of suggestions and recommendations. Within days, my form(s) has been corrected, or perfected, and I feel a difference mentally and psychically. I started with the zumba classes over 9 months ago. I've lost over 20lbs and its amazing how I feel. The classes are so much fun that I look forward to doing the classes every time. Its so affordable you can't beat the price! Best investment I've made so far and its worth every penny! Now I've started doing yoga and Kickboxing classes which they now also offer and it makes my workout even better! I contacted them after seeing the "Six Week Challenge" promo on FB. The false and misleading advertising claimed it was "FREE" for the first 40 people who signed up. It's $499, which is refunded if you obtain the results you agree to. (i.e. Drop 5% body fat in six weeks.) This would be fine if they advertised it that way, but they don't. You won't find that out until you waste your time by going in for your "initial consultation", which I had with Derek. Additionally, I scheduled the consult, and then received word that they weren't available for my booked spot, and that I would need to reschedule. When I said I would have to wait to check my schedule when I got home, they told me they only had 12 spots left. So I shouldn't wait. *(Instead of just apologizing for having to reschedule me and saying they would hold my spot until I had time to respond.) Unimpressed with the false advertising, time wasting and way they conduct business. The "gym" is a tiny room up front. You step down into an even smaller "meeting" room in back. Derek mentioned another room further in back, but I never saw that. read more

I was paying almost $300 a month for unlimited personal training sessions. Stopped it because I didn't feel any value. And also because they introduced a $75 independent membership to people which pretty much looked like the same thing I was getting. I have friends in the neighborhood that continue to pay the ridiculous prices. Victor is a bad business man and a terrible trainer. He was giving me the same workouts over and over again. He has a few less than desirable clients that workout at the gym. They are loud, obnoxious and come in smelling like Marijuana! Avoid this gym if you are looking to get your money's worth! read more

Victory Training is one of the best places I've trained. It may look small from the outside, but there is massive talent inside. The trainers have a welth of knowledge and customize your workouts specific to your goals. I trained with Thomas who pushed me while at the same time being very careful not to aggravate old injuries. From stretching to kettlebells to body weight exercises to to weights to striking- we did it all. The price is extremely reasonable given the one on one attention you receive from the staff. Haven't written a review in a long time here, however I feel my experience or lackthereof warranted one. I signed up for Victory's 6 week ftee challenge last week. Set up my orientation time for 7:30 yesterday. Since I'm coming fron work I figured I could come in earlier so I tried calling to see if I could come in at 6:30 instead. I called multiple times with no answer. I finally found the number to the girl Stephanie who had confirmed my orientation. Texted her and she said it was ok to come in earlier. I had already emailed them through the link on their site asking the same thing. Stephanie promptly responded so I headed there after work. I arrived at 6:33 and a gentleman walked up to me introduced himself (can't remember his name but he was a short Asian dude) told me the trainer would be with me in about 5 minutes. He told me to wait OUTSIDE. Ok... granted the place is pretty small and the little I did see I didnt spot a chair, but still. Didn't think I'd be waiting outside and "catch some fresh air" like he put it. I waited. And waited. And then realized it had been close to 30 minutes and no one had come to get me. When i look in, everyone was doing their own thing. I left. I wasted my time and was never even spoken to. To make it worse, I got at least 3 emails reminding me of my orientation. Not a single call from anyone to at least apologize for forgetting that I was standing outside like an idiot all that time. Incredibly unprofessional. And no I don't think that I should have called them or went inside. Reeeally disappointing to say the least. read more
