Beware, Beware, total scam!!! I had ordered and paid for the materials and waited for months, but they kept giving me the run-around. The front desk girl was no help and could never get the order correct. They would order little by little, and some of the materials I did get were not what I ordered; they were incorrect colors and amount of tiles I ordered for one of my bathrooms. In the end, they just said the owner, Armen, sold the business, which was under a new ownership and DBA called WOODLUX, and there was nothing they could do about the missing materials. The president has Covid but that still won't get this business to practice safe practices. My husband and I drove here, wanting to get a quote for a kitchen remodel but when we walked in the 7 other people in this small store - about 5 customers and 2 employees - weren't wearing masks (despite the notice on the door saying "to please wear a face mask"). I asked the women who addressed me if people weren't supposed to wear masks. She said that they are, went to put one on & gave one to one other person. She didn't seem to care about the 5 other maskless people in the store though - or the fact that she had been exposed to them and would then be exposing herself to future customers. Victory Kitchen and Bath is the most unprofessional company I ever worked for worked with. I started a project with them for two windows replacements in April 2023 and paid them the DP. They never followed up and every time I called their office to check the status they said the material is ordered but we don't have status. When I requested multiple times to call me back and let know the ETA they always said yes and never gave us status. I had to call them back and every time they made up a lame excuse to explain why didn't they call us back. Afterall more than 4 months later they installed the windows which didn't fit and made a super messy job. It was obvious their installer has no experience. He was trying to forcefully install the window while knowing its wrong size. So the window was wrong size but they didn't even bother to check and installed and had so much gaps that was leaking water inside the room. Long story short we requested the owner to show up and verify himself by testing using water and sure enough he not only accepted but also noted the window size was wrong and they knew in advanced. This was in August and he agreed to reorder the right size and replace at his own cost before rains start. Since then anytime I call them they bring same lame excuses and say we don't have ETA for material. We still haven't had our issues resolved. This is a shady, incompetent and unprofessional business pretending they are expert in this field. When we went to the store in Burbank, the office lady Asselina provided us with best customer service. She was helpful without being pushy. We initially only went to change our floors, but ended up buying cabinets and quartz countertops. The flooring, cabinet and countertop guys showed up on time and worked extremely hard. I would die if I work like that, I am serious! When all the work was done, our kitchen was transformed. Scope of remodel for condo in LA: Master bathroom shower, cabinets, countertop Kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash Pros: 1) Incredible service from start to finish - I worked closely with Aselina (calling her a project manager only begins to cover her responsibilities) from the first call, through design ideas and selecting materials, arranging contractor schedules, and solving for various issues along the way. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, thoughtful about my needs and timing, and responsive to my concerns (she could probably include 'remodeling therapist' as part of her CV). Her team was also great, specific shoutout to Arman who does great tile work. 2) Competitive pricing - I did a good amount of due diligence and received quotes from a number of different places...I found Victory to be in-line, if not more affordable, than the competition. Their initial quote was also very clear on what was included and what was an estimate. There were minimal price changes throughout the process, and when there were, it was clearly communicated as to why. 3) Flexibility - I appreciated that VK&B were flexible in terms of using my own contractors for specific tasks (and not pushing their own). For example, when the plumbing costs were higher than the original estimate, VK&B encouraged me to look at alternatives and were great with working around different schedules. 4) Problem solving - Everything was not always perfect, but I believe it's important to keep in mind that remodels are never going to be perfect (or would cost an arm+leg if so). What I can appreciate is that, when issues come up, that you are able to work with the contractor to find a reasonable solution. Aselina and her team were very proactive in helping to solve problems as they came up (some of which were definitely not their fault e.g. building issues) and coming to a reasonable compromise. In terms of improvement areas, I believe that VK&B could improve a bit on estimating how long certain activities will take (e.g. the kitchen cabinets took longer to install than expected). However, this did not apply to all facets and I am very conscious that 1) contractors are extremely busy right now overall and 2) we were working on a tighter schedule due to my needs. I think VK&B did everything that they could, given the circumstances. Overall, I would be happy to recommend VK&B for design, materials, and remodeling work for your kitchen and bath needs! The best things about Victory Kitchen and Bath is that their products are very nice. It is a small Burbank shop so they are able to pay attention to you. We thought the price was fair for the items and work we were getting done. The communication regarding delivery vs. pickup could be better. Make sure you let them know if you are having another professional install or if they are to install. They will do either. We are not quite finished but we will post a picture when we are. The best way to get there depends on which way on Victory you are coming from. If coming from the south, it is easier to go through Costco and make a right into the driveway behind the stores and if you are coming from the north you can turn right at the last driveway before you get to the light. read more

We called Victory Kitchen and Bath for a quote on floor replacement in a apartment in Burbank. We do not live in So Cal anymore but maintain apartments there. We talked to a nice lady on the phone to get an idea of there pricing. We had a product in mind and they carry it. Her rough estimate was inline so we scheduled a time for her installer to look at the job. We were shocked to see the revised pricing. They had quoted flooring for 600 sq/ft. When in fact the sq/ ft was around 330-350 sq/ ft. and $500 to dispose of the old flooring? I know that most flooring sales showrooms have a variety of installers they call on, especially when they are busy. Oblivious some are not so honest. I'm still mad. I worked with Victory Kitchen and Bath for two months to design a big master bathroom and big kitchen remodel. For our first appointment, they failed to show up but I figured things happen and rescheduled. I had two home visits where they measured and took pictures and three on site visits where I selected products from their showroom. We exchanged calls and emails to make sure all details were covered. They gave me ongoing estimates as we went along and finally a detailed, itemized contract with a final estimate. When we were getting ready to sign, I asked for more information about the actual contractor and they sent Luxury construction to our house. The contractor was unprofessional and the entire time he was at our house, he kept telling us about all the extra costs not in the itemized contract. He encouraged us to not use permits when we told him we would not do the job without permits. He admitted there would be no supervisor on the job and that they use subs for everything. After he left, I contacted Victory Kitchen and Bath to express my concern with this contractor. After that visit, Victory Kitchen and Bath stopped responding to my calls, texts and emails and when I kept pushing, they finally sent a email saying the contractor was too busy to do the job but I could still buy products from them. I was so mad and am still mad at how they wasted our time, we're not honest and not responsive. Do not use their services!!! read more
