All started from yelp search. The wife wanted to get an idea how much would cost to remodel a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. So we called and got quotes from few companies including Victory Kitchen and Bath. They bid everyone's quote and the service we got was outstanding. They even did free 3d kitchen design for us and explained every single thing. They finish the project even few days sooner then promised. After the demolition we had some issues with the subflooring (which we were warned) they jump on it and changed it without any questions. We are very happy with the outcome and definitely will recommend anyone who asks. P.s. we already referred few of our friends. Thank you Victory Kitchen and Bath

My review is long overdue. We hired victory kitchen and bath to remodel our kitchen which was destroyed after a flood. After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Arman from Victory kitchen and bath because his quote was very reasonable. When we went to the store in Burbank, the office lady Asselina provided us with best customer service. She was helpful without being pushy. We initially only went to change our floors, but ended up buying cabinets and quartz countertops. The flooring, cabinet and countertop guys showed up on time and worked extremely hard. I would die if I work like that, I am serious! When all the work was done, our kitchen was transformed. We got tons of compliments when our family visited for Christmas and the cabinets are very sturdy. I would definitely hire them again for more remodeling.

My first review on Yelp after lurking for so long...Victory Kitchen and Bath are definitely worth a (very positive) review and rating! Scope of remodel for condo in LA: Master bathroom shower, cabinets, countertop Kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash Pros: 1) Incredible service from start to finish - I worked closely with Aselina (calling her a project manager only begins to cover her responsibilities) from the first call, through design ideas and selecting materials, arranging contractor schedules, and solving for various issues along the way. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, thoughtful about my needs and timing, and responsive to my concerns (she could probably include 'remodeling therapist' as part of her CV). Her team was also great, specific shoutout to Arman who does great tile work. 2) Competitive pricing - I did a good amount of due diligence and received quotes from a number of different places...I found Victory to be in-line, if not more affordable, than the competition. Their initial quote was also very clear on what was included and what was an estimate. There were minimal price changes throughout the process, and when there were, it was clearly communicated as to why. 3) Flexibility - I appreciated that VK&B were flexible in terms of using my own contractors for specific tasks (and not pushing their own). For example, when the plumbing costs were higher than the original estimate, VK&B encouraged me to look at alternatives and were great with working around different schedules. 4) Problem solving - Everything was not always perfect, but I believe it's important to keep in mind that remodels are never going to be perfect (or would cost an arm+leg if so). What I can appreciate is that, when issues come up, that you are able to work with the contractor to find a reasonable solution. Aselina and her team were very proactive in helping to solve problems as they came up (some of which were definitely not their fault e.g. building issues) and coming to a reasonable compromise. In terms of improvement areas, I believe that VK&B could improve a bit on estimating how long certain activities will take (e.g. the kitchen cabinets took longer to install than expected). However, this did not apply to all facets and I am very conscious that 1) contractors are extremely busy right now overall and 2) we were working on a tighter schedule due to my needs. I think VK&B did everything that they could, given the circumstances. Overall, I would be happy to recommend VK&B for design, materials, and remodeling work for your kitchen and bath needs! I have included some pictures below so you can see the transformation. Good luck for those looking to start their remodel...it was daunting for me at the start, but the team at VK&B were tremendous in working with me to get across the finish line! Thank you!!

Their pricing was comparable to others, but the ability to visit their in-progress projects gave me confidence. I'm very very particular, and while no remodel is perfect, Creative worked to bring my vision to life. My advice: plan everything in detail beforehand--or hire a designer. To save costs, I handled all the design myself while working full-time, which was highly stressful. Having everything mapped out helps avoid delays, last-minute changes, or compromising on your vision. Golan and Jordan were fantastic--Golan handled planning and communication, and Jordan ensured everything stayed on track. They always responded to my texts in a reasonable amount of time. Their tile crew was exceptional (I often bumped into them because they worked long hours and weekends to complete my home and were really nice and respectful people), and they tiled nearly my entire house beautifully (we're talking 2000 sq ft of flooring, 3 bathrooms, and a fireplace). I appreciated that Creative didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, and when a gas leak was discovered (due to careless cabinetry work), they fixed it--and more (we found more leaks during the repairs)--without extra charges. Despite delays beyond their control, they completed the full renovation in about six months--from pulling permits to final inspection. Major work included a new kitchen, three bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, interior paint, a new electrical panel, and whole-house LED recessed lighting. Even after the job was done, they returned to fix small issues without hesitation. That kind of follow-up is rare in a world full of disappearing contractors. I would recommend Creative for any remodeling project, big or small.

The project ran about six months. The short version: we'd hire them again. The longer version: Jacob, the design lead, is the reason we went with them. He has a genuine passion for old buildings and pushed to preserve original details that another contractor would have torn out without a second thought. That instinct matters when you're working on something irreplaceable. Ken managed the project more quietly but kept things moving. And when issues came up after the job was done -- after the final check had been cashed -- Jacob, Ken, and the owner Sage came back and made it right. That's not nothing. That's actually rare. Were there setbacks? Yes. If you've hired contractors in LA, especially on older properties, you know what you're signing up for. New Dawn isn't immune to that reality. They're not the cheapest option and not the most expensive either. But they're the kind of crew that stands behind their work, and in this city, that's worth writing a review about.

Design lead Kim was friendly, helpful, and his suggestions were always on point. The day to day Project Manager Jorge was amazing, truly a standout in his field. The work was completed faster than I expected without being rushed, and it honestly blew me away how the crew managed it all like clockwork. All construction projects are journey, and this one definitely came to a happy ending.

The results speak for themselves: my new kitchen turned out miraculous and has become the centerpiece of my home that my family truly enjoys. Roy also updated my entry door and added recessed lighting in the dining room, which tied everything together beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I'm already looking forward to having Four Seasons Builders remodel my three bathrooms in the future. Highly recommend

He is a competent professional and trusted contractor with a solid team of subcontractors who have been doing this work for decades. With this renovation, we brought our 1912 Craftsman bungalow down to the studs. This was a full-gut renovation that involved replacing all mechanicals, drywall, new bathrooms, new kitchen and doing a primary bath addition. With Gary's construction expertise, we were able to restore the home while maintaining its original charm and bring our design to life. Some of Gary's many contributions included framing a new tray/drop ceiling, installing custom window and door casings to match the originals. He also rebuilt the front porch railings and reinforced the porch ceiling so it would accommodate a porch swing. He built our backyard studio shed in just a couple days and it's adorable. While nearly everything is new, you can't tell. And that is a compliment to the quality of craftsmanship. Gary doesn't cut corners and it shows. It is very important that you trust your contractor and that they have integrity and do what they say they are going to do. Experience is also very important. Gary has all of this. We will definitely be calling Gary for the next house we buy. We can't recommend him enough.
