The original tile (Carrara Marble) was manufactured as 11x8.6 size was no longer made so he needed to cut down each tile from 12x12. He was the Only contractor who didn't try to upsell me into buying an entirety different flooring for the entire room. That is why there are 4 stars rather than fewer because of the bad below. However, one that was noticed after he came out once to fix it wasn't fixed. They didn't put the toilet on correctly and we had to fix that ourselves. He stopped responding.

His guy - Paolo - came punctually on the agreed upon time, explained the process, and did an awesome job repairing our tile!! Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, but he worked meticulously and made sure not to damage any existing tile. The first day took from about 9-1:30 pm to demo, cut, and set new tile. The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). Paolo explained that they wanted to make sure the tile was set/dry before grouting so that the grout color didn't blend into wet tileset color (which was white).
