I called around to a few companies the night before my early morning flight and was told by them all I had to call 1.5 hours before I wanted to leave at 6:30am for the airport. That meant calling at 5am, and I sure as hell would not be up that early! When I called Atlanta Taxi Cab Service, I was happy to find out I could make a reservation and then not have to think at all the next morning to make a phone call when my brain surely would not be functional. The driver arrived exactly on time in the morning and was professional and courteous. Carried my very heavy suitcases for me. He didn't talk on the phone nor slam on the breaks at any part of the ride. It was such a cozy, peaceful ride in the Town Car that I didn't want to get out and deal with the airport rush! He said upon return if I need a ride I could text (no need to call!) and say my flight # and door # that I would be at. They would track my flight for me to make sure they are there to pick up at the curbside at the right time. Now that's service! It is about $10 more than you would pay for a yellow cab but you're paying for peace of mind AND the rate includes the tip! No need to worry about calculating the tip and taxes and service charges and all that. I paid a flat rate of $55 from Edgewood. Makes flying a tad more enjoyable.

Your company sucks. Update to review after Atlanta Taxi Cab responded: Andrea is lying. She doesn't even know who I am because their representative never spoke to me beyond this: "NO. We have no car for your area [BAM - HUNG-UP ON]" That was their "respectful" service to me. Their response is a lie, and they are full of sh*t. There was no explanation. Sorry, you still suck.

I am absolutely disappointed with SafeRide for several reasons. The fact that their offices are not…read moreopen early enough to assist patients when a rideshare driver cancels a trip makes them completely unreliable. You literally have to wait until their office opens just to reschedule a ride, and by then, you've often already missed your appointment. I had booked a round-trip ride for my doctor's appointment on April 21st. My pickup was scheduled for 7:45 a.m. because I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment at Emory University Hospital. My driver was literally one minute away and on the corner when they suddenly canceled the trip without explanation. I had to wait an entire hour before SafeRide opened so I could notify them that the driver had canceled my ride. However, the app still showed that I had a return trip scheduled from Emory back home. Since I never made it to my appointment, I asked SafeRide to cancel the return trip so it would not be deducted from my account. I suppose because of a language barrier with the agent, who was an outsourced representative for SafeRide, they failed to credit the return ride back to my account, leaving me with an odd number of rides remaining. I only receive 24 rides per year through United Healthcare. I have called several times asking SafeRide to credit that ride back to my account, and every outsourced agent told me they would take care of it. Yet none of them actually did. As a result, I ended up with only one ride remaining on my account instead of two. When I requested an override so they could book a return ride for an upcoming appointment, they told me I had to contact United Healthcare for additional trips. I contacted United Healthcare, and they told me I had to contact SafeRide. So basically, I've been sent around the mulberry bush by both SafeRide and United Healthcare because no one seems to know what they're doing, and no one is willing to take responsibility for correcting a mistake that should have been resolved the very first time I called. I am exhausted with the customer service from both SafeRide and United Healthcare. Ninety percent of the time, you can't get a United States-based representative on the phone. Instead, you're connected to outsourced agents in other countries who often struggle with English, and even those who speak it well frequently fail to fully comprehend the conversation well enough to adequately assist you. This is not just frustrating, it is unacceptable. Patients who rely on transportation to receive medical care should not have to fight this hard over a ride that was never even used. I am tired of this.

Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. Keep up the good work ATL Kings Limo Service!!!

I paid since that is required by the site to book. I immediately received a cancellation since the driver was booked for that day and time which is fine- but fast forward to today and I see on my credit card statement that this place never refunded my $78. I tried calling, no response- I tried email, it gets kicked back.

Updating this based on great customer service over the phone. John reached out to me after reading…read moremy review and explained how much he cares about customer satisfaction. He explained his point of view from that night and even offered to send a different drive next time if we give him a try again. Moreover, since we were not happy with the service in the first place, he gave us a 100% refund! I honestly got the sense that he truly wants his customer to have the best experience and that's why I'll give this service a try again when my Mom is traveling alone. ------------------------------------ I needed pick up service for my elderly mother urgently and trusted the yelp reviews. While she got from point A to B, the service was not at all what we paid $100 for. I had one main request- my mother has a shoulder problem and can't lift luggage, so I needed the driver to go inside the ATL airport and meet her at baggage claim. Dragging luggage is literally why she didn't take a lyft that would have cost ~$45. Setting up the reservation was easy- we left an inquiry late the night before and John called us back first thing in the morning and helped us confirm the reservation. I asked if they have discounts for 55+ and he gave us a $10 discount which made the meet and greet service free. So far so good. Where things went a little downhill was the actual service at the airport. My Mom was greeted by a not very friendly driver who was pretty rude to her. He met her at baggage claim, took her luggage, did not say much and then they walked to the car. On the way back home though he barked at my mother when she asked why he was taking a strange route. Apparently there was traffic and he was trying to avoid it, but there's a properway to communicate that with your customer. It was a stressful and awkward ride where my Mom was too nervous to even call me and chat. When they got to my Mom's house, he didn't even bother parking in a proper spot and taking her luggage a couple yards to the door! He parked in the middle of the street, dropped her luggage off, and drove off. Who does that?! So at the end of the day, we paid $100 for a sullen, rude driver, and my Mom had to pick up her own luggage with an injured shoulder 1 out of 2 times the driver was expected to. Disappointed with the service from a highly-rated establishment on Yelp. We will not be using this service again.
