The dispatcher was very rude what a bitch I told her I needed a cab going to Kennasaw and she said something and I didn't understand her and I asked her to repeat it and she hung up on me then refused to answer the phone the other day I was at Walmart on Roswell Road at Cobb parkway and one of their lazy ass drivers was parked in the only handicap parking spot close by and of course he didn't have a handicap sticker and I need the spot to be able to put my wheelchair ramp down and get out of my vehicle and when my wife mentioned it to him he just looked at us and said he didn't understand English like he didn't know he was parked in the only handicap spot over by the American deli in the parking lot lazy trash read more

Customer service skills! My father left his phone in the cab. I called and was told that I had to pay 10 dollars to have someone return it to us. When he arrived he just parked at the end of the driveway so I waved him up because it started to rain. Once he drove up,he immediately asked for the money to which I asked if he took debit cards. He said no and proceeded to back up. I was already on the phone with the dispatcher and so as I was giving her payment info, he backed out and left with my father's phone!!! read more

Driver of #123 attempted to ask personal question, credit card machine messed up about to make me late. Rude. I got out called card in. Next day Driver #132 picked me up VERY RUDE, YELLING, OFFENSIVE AND SO Disrespectful all over a minor location of pickup which was too much. This guy was African and did not know how to treat a woman AT ALL. Very very condescending. The dispatcher was very nice and apologized and heard this guy. I ADVISE TO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Never had to use their service but I work in Marietta and a specific car that I see driving reckless all the time. It's car number 47. This guy literally cut across three lanes with no blinker and almost hit my car. I understand with that type of business of course you want to be fast and get to your people and get them dropped off very fast. But risking lives is a bad way to do it. I hate to have to make the whole company look bad but whoever's driving car number 47 needs to be stopped. read more

When I called the person who answered the phone asked me if I would be paying cash or credit. I explained I had been in a bad wreck days earlier and only had credit. I was told specifically that I only had credit cards. But upon arrival of my destination the driver told me he wasn't accepting credit. I didn't have enough, so I was forced to have the driver take me to the bank to up the fare. In hindsight I should have refused to pay. It was so disingenuous. Felt like a scam. read more

This company is so trash!!! The minimum fee is $7. If you take a trip to the store and come back they say it's 2 trips and you owe them $14 plus $2 for the wait. Even if the meter says $8. Don't give them a bill. Give them what the meter says. That's against the law. I had one lady try to charge $20 for a trip that said $6 and change! read more

You may want to have a conversation with your employee driving car #67 this morning around 6:30 am in the John Ward Rd/Dallas Hwy area. This extremely RUDE person went around me on a 2 lane road and a double yellow line. If you drive for a living you should know that a double yellow line indicates a no-passing zone. Barring an emergency, there was absolutely no reason for this to occur as I was driving at the legal speed limit and there were no other cars around. If I could rate this company at less than one star I would based on passenger safety alone. If I EVER experience anything like this again, you can be assured that I will be contacting the police. This kind of driving unnecessarily puts everyone on the road in danger. It cannot and will not be tolerated. read more

Tonight's cab driver is #82. They guy was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT & VERY RUDE!! I had to keep repeating to him what the address was to the destination. He wanted for me to type it into the GPS (on his phone) so I did put in the wrong zip code however, the street address was correct. During the ride the driver made three wrong turns at least (& this was after he saw the piece of paper that the address was written on & when he typed into the GPS). So, not only I argued with him but so did my significant other. Eventually, we told him to let us out so we could just walk the rest of the way. I suggested to him that he needs to learn his routes & some BETTER customer service skills. read more

Today, I called to get picked up from my kid's elementary school, & while, on the phone call with universal taxi lady who mostly answers had "asked", me if I'd be paying cash or debit & I said, debit. So, driver picks me up & take me 3 minutes down the rd. I know, it's a $6 dollars minimum for any, ride which is fine. I have no, problem with paying it. So, once I get to my destination I pass him my debit card & says to me that he cant accept debit. So, I tell him well, it's not my fault I'm sorry, Mr. but I told the lady on the phone DEBIT. I said, how am I suppose to pay you without getting charged more to go to a bank. I said, the lady should pay the fare fee not me due, to it not being my fault that the lady hadn't listened. So, I decided to call the lady to confront her & explain, what's going on. So, she tells me to go to the check cash place that's right, in front of my destination to get cash back. Which I already, knew they don't do cash back but I went ahead to ask anyways. The lady that worked there said, they don't do that but how there's an atm that I could use which, I did use & it charged me $3.00 dollars to withdraw my money. So, I come outside, & tell the taxi driver here, I have $3.00 dollars that I only, want to pay due to the atm charging me, & due to it not being my fault, & due to my child being scared with the dramatic commotion that was going on. He didn't want to accept the $3.00 dollars. I asked, why & insisted that he takes it two, times. He waves his hand no, as if he was upset with me & didn't accept it. So, the taxi driver didn't get paid. Which, is fine- I'm not going to beg any one, to take my money. If he didn't want it then, I guess he doesn't need it-whatever. The lady, had told me that I can no, longer use their taxi service if I dont pay. I said, that fine I can call other, taxi's. Which, isn't right at all for her to say because I've been using their taxi service almost every, day the past year. As well, because it was HER fault. She should of told me sorry, for the inconvenience/my mistake- I'd be more then, willing to pay the fare fee but she didn't. It was so, inconvenient & ridiculous. It's not about about the money I had it in cash after, withdrawing it from my account when I shouldn't have had to but did anyways, because I wanted to give him a lil something at least. This is a very unprofessional service, the dispatch always quotes 15 minutes and the last time I used the service I was waiting for an hour and a half and when you try to call back to see what's going on they do not pick up the phone and this isn't the first time and after finally getting in contact with her after waiting an hour and 15 minutes she said it'll be another 15 minutes when the original quote was 15 minutes so now I waited an hour and a half for a cab I'm late for work and this lady dispatch just continuously says we was very busy and if she would have told me she was very busy in the beginning then I could have made alternative plans but I waited an hour and 30 minutes and I just called again and she says another 15 minutes there's no way that a cab company is so busy that it cannot get a driver to you for an hour and 45 minutes read more

My phone was accidentally left behind in the cab, and I quickly realized it. A neighbor allowed me to borrow their phone in order to contact dispatcher about having it returned. I was told either pay to have it brought back, or go across town to the office to pick it up. I had no money left (the cab fare was actually given to me, and we knew how much was needed because before this I've used them a zillion times!), and if I could get across town that easily, I wouldn't need cabs! The conversation with the dispatcher resulted in my finding out the driver did in fact have my phone, and being hung up on after being told either pay, go get it, or do without! So, I had to call Cobb County's non-emergency number to find out that it's theft by taking if they refuse to bring you your item, and the officer told them either return it within an hour or be charged accordingly. It was in my hands 30 minutes later. I intend to contact the manager or owner tomorrow and find out what they intend to do about their dispatcher either being replaced or retrained, and to inform them that a loyal customer of 3+ years will now be using a different company!
