Unfortunately that's not the case I went in for a shake to my tires I even suggested they check my tire rods. They mentioned changing the control arms so I decided fine let's do that. If that's the problem. Paid over $640 for my car to do the same thing I took it in for when I left I took it back two days later. they said no everything okay and looks fine. Here I am at jiffy lube getting a simple oil change three weeks after and they said yes you need tire rods on the right side where I told master pros about the shake. & yup spent $640 for nothing please be careful. This all happened the same day that the front desk girl crashes another customer car. I did my due diligence and called around to gather information about the tinting itself, and the prices. I was very concerned when a couple places told me they would not touch my car. He was very confident in his skills and had no concerns. He brought out a roll of film to show me , and we discussed the % that would look best on my car. I felt comfortable leaving things in his hands. I was VERY pleased when I came back to pick my car up. The pricing was fair and the work top notch. On top of that, he was a really nice guy. They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!
