4/22/21 This little store could not have been open for to…read morelong. The name of this business hasn't on the directory for Westfield Wheaton Mall. Nevertheless, when I visited this store back in March, I liked some of the leggings, but knew my wife would never wear them. There were other clothing too, but nothing she would have liked. Nevertheless, I looked around to see if there was anything else that would have be a great present. I did not find anything. The employee in the store was pleasant enough, but not overly helpful. She was mostly staring at me like praying mantis looks at its food. I will be sure to check out this store again and see if there are any new updates. I hope this place stays in business, but I won't be surprised if it doesn't.

I arrived a few minutes early with my things and stepped away for about 6-8 minutes to use the restroom elsewhere since I was told I couldn't use theirs, which I understood. When I came back, the owner quickly told me she had already looked through everything and didn't want any of it. I was shocked because my things were clearly untouched and I had a suitcase with a number-code lock on it. I asked her twice if she had opened the suitcase, and she said yes, but I was aware that she never actually went through my things at all. I left upset and called the store afterward to confront her. She panicked, kept apologizing, and said she learned a big lesson from this. What is disappointing is that I was judged before I was even given a chance. I couldn't help but feel that my dark hair and brown skin played a role in how I was treated and that assumptions were made about what I may have brought in. No one should walk into a business and feel dismissed or stereotyped like that. I do not recommend consigning or shopping here.

ATL really knows how to have sales, and they give a teacher discount. Not sure if Chico's does that, but if they did, I'd shop here more often.

I couldn't find anything that fit the criteria, and was about to give up and head home when I spotted something out of the corner of my eye. In the store's display window was a black tank with the word "SLAY" scrawled across the front in red ink and adorned with silver studs. Perfect! It was almost closing time (and folks are tired and ready to go home), so I was pleasantly surprised to be so cheerfully greeted by the cashier. I found another sales associate (young, Latina woman with brown hair) who was folding and restocking items and asked her about the shirt. She happily paused what she was doing, found the shirt in my size (winning!!) and snagged me a dressing room. The shirt fit perfectly and my quest had (thankfully!) come to a fruitful and pleasant end. I expected the shirt to cost an arm and a leg (because even good fortune has its cost), but it was only $22 bucks... score! The same cheerful cashier (tall, black woman with very low cut hair) thanked me for waiting, made sure I found everything I needed, and checked me out quickly. This store was a lifesaver and I'm certain that I will have the cutest shirt at the party this weekend! Sorry, bestie...

AWFUL!!!! I wish I could give them no stars at all. I cannot begin to explain the horrific customer service they provide. For some reason they hired a bunch of teenagers who represent the store in a horrible manner. One time when I went there, there were these two little girls talking over this little walkie-talkie they have and they started to talk about another customer.......like HELLOOOOOO!!!!!! WTF do you think you're doing, talking about a customer in front of another customer?!?!?!?! I don't understand the behavior and immaturity the employees have. I can't stand this place and would rather go to the one in PG Mall! Unfortunately I live near Wheaton and sometimes have no time to go to the one in P.G. but if I could I would....in a heartbeat. read more

Was really pleasantly surprised by my experience here. Despite the small size and staff size, there was a wide selection and plenty of options to get items delivered if they weren't available in store. Important: this particular establishment is queer and trans friendly. They are also accommodating to plus size clients. The staff here are kind, will not misgender their clients or make rude comments about your body. They will also do measurements for trans clients as well. read more

1 star for staff knowledge/fitting…read more I believe in a good bra fitting. The proper bra fit can change your entire silhouette and, if you are well endowed, make life much more comfortable. I am typically a 34-36 band size- I have been for my entire adult life. I am pregnant at the moment, so I thought I might have changed cup sizes so I went in for a fitting and because I wanted some super comfy bras for the last two months of pregnancy. During my fitting, the sales person placed the measuring tape far lower on my back than it should have been and said I was a band size 42 (!!!!). I really do not know what I was thinking (pregnancy brain?) but I bought one in the size she recommended. This bra is WAY too big in the band and incapable of any kind of support. I measured in a proper shop and my band size is still a 36. If you want a soft I'll-fitting undergarment, this is the place for you. If you need support, go somewhere else.

TL;DR: Not going back…read more I'd noticed this store years ago, but since it seemed to only sell underwear, I never went it. Finally, though, when I saw a sign outside mentioning Cut Loose, one of my favorite brands of clothing, I stopped in. The front of the store holds tops and the back of the store has a rack of jeans -- one brand I like is featured there (NYDJ). The rest of the store has underwear and pajamas. I have found at least one item at this store that I wear a lot -- a pair of NYDJ jeans. I prefer it when no one helps me, when I can look through the store on my own and decide if I like something or not. However, usually either the owner helps me or her associate does. Once I had both helping me when I was trying on bras. They also grabbed a bunch of tops for me to try on and exclaimed how wonderful they all looked on me. I ended up buying a number of tops, plus the bra that day. At one point during my fitting, one of the woman suggested I exercise. I'd never had anyone tell me that (except doctors and my kids and husband). I was offended, but still purchased the items. Of the items I bought that day, the only thing I've worn much is the bra. I keep trying on one item, but it just is not me. The others, well, I have worn them once or twice, but they are not me either. I've continued to go to the store, sometimes buying items, usually not. The most recent visit was my last though. I'd been to lunch with a friend, and parked in the parking lot where this store is located. I figured I had some time left on my parking stub, so went to check out what was on sale. The owner was there and asked if I'd shopped there before -- I was masked, so I understand that she didn't recognize me, but when I dropped my mask, she still didn't. That's okay. She asked my size, and pointed me to what she called cute tops in the front. I found nothing cute, in fact everything was pretty tacky in my opinion. I mentioned that the jeans I were wearing (same brand as they carry) were size 4. She told me they were too long. I countered that I liked my pants long and she argued if they were shorter they could be rolled up to become capris.
