Purchased an item on Sunday that had a defective remote. When we returned it today, unused, with…read morethe receipt, the woman confirmed that it was indeed defective but told us it was our problem not hers. Refused to exchange the defective item. Told us to contact the manufacturer directly. She refused to stand behind the product that was clearly defective and said that it's not her problem and couldn't care less if we took our business elsewhere. Side note, when I went to the manufacturers website (VeDO Toys, Ltd), I saw that the item we paid $81 for in this store was only $69.99 and has free shipping. Save money and avoid her bad attitude and buy directly from the manufacturer!

I saw an ad for a photo session with Jen for $1000. That is a lot of money. My wife and I had done…read moresome sexy pictures of our own but we lack professional lighting, posing skills etc. She looked sexy but the photos looked very amateurish. My wife is over 50, she felt she looked too old and was a little reluctant to do this. She did not want to be embarrassed if the photos were not good. We decided we would do the $1000 session and see what the results were. They did her hair. They did her makeup. They helped her decide on outfits. I have always found my wife attractive but the results of these photos were absolutely stunning. She looked like she was a magazine model. When we were reviewing the proofs with Jen my wife commented she could feel my excitement for how wonderful she looked and it made her confident in her ability to be sexy even at her age. The photos were so good I could not narrow them down to the amount we got for $1000 and we ended up purchasing many more. We are so happy with this experience we have discussed doing it again. This is not a cheap thing to do but professional photographers are not cheap. You get what you pay for and the results were worth every penny.

I love wearing long dresses, but struggle finding good shorts to put under them so I can be comfortable. I love lots of styles, but again nothing seemed to fit right. My daughter who is on the thinner side, but very busty even have problems as well finding clothes. Well, We were well taken care of by the amazing Laurie and Jennifer and we had an amazing time shopping for clothes. They were so amazing. The customers that came in were even fun. These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.
