At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right! I am forever grateful for the speedy service, the positive and friendly professionalism, and for the 100% accuracy of my order! Inconsistent pricing, inconsistent hours, inconsistent accuracy of info on products. You have to…read morerequest hours daily through a private fb group controlled by the owner. You are shut into one room in a private residence and have to ask the owner to be let in and out. You are not allowed a basket, you have to leave items on a counter as you shop and are not privy to the itemized total. I asked later through dm for an itemized total and she said she would provide it and never did, even after i waited another 14 days. Even the 75 cent candles are tiny, pale in color, and burn weird, unlike their cheaper and stronger counterparts at other stores. Prices are low but inventory is most likely from wish or amazon based on quality. Upon first meeting the owner (on my first visit) I was given an unsolicited list of her degrees and credentials but when asked for evidence of any of it she became defensive and evasive- suggesting it would "take hours". Didn't sit well with me and I don't recommend it.
