I wasn't familiar with the area and ended up about 15 minutes late. After apologizing, I mentioned I wanted to get my hair done for my birthday the following day. Angie was gracious enough to still accommodate me. Even though she was literally on her way home! Angie was friendly as was everyone else there. She started me immediately, answered all my questions and explained everything she needed to. My hair is all natural and tends to be on the dry side.
