Under COVID conditions* Likes: + It's not inside a mall so I could literally park right outside the store. + They are taking precautions by limiting the number of people inside the store, requiring masks, 6 ft stickers on the floor, and a plexiglass barrier between customers and cashier. + This location is less stressful to get to than the one at the Parks Mall. Dislikes: - ONE cashier for a line of 8 people - Meanwhile, 2 associates are twirling their measuring tapes by the door to enforce the 1-in-1-out policy... - But why?? No one was going anywhere fast since the customers at the front of the line were still there 15 minutes later. + When 2 more people came out from the back (making that 4 employees on the floor and still ONE at the register), I asked if they could just set up a return lane, but no. At least she sent one of the tape-twirlers to help out. - But of course the next two people in line both required calls to customer service. Ay-yi-yi. I might have left if I wasn't already "pot-committed," having spent 20 minutes waiting outside PRIOR to witnessing the inefficiency happening inside. Staff was very rude when coming in. Discount prices are not right, 60% or 50% in store is not the same as 60% or 50% online. They were rude when asking to match the online price. They did not know when their sales ended and made customers seem like a bother for asking. Eye rolling and ugly looks are not appreciated as a credit card holder. This location seems to always be crowded. I guess that's a good thing for Victoria's Secrets! I normally come when I receive emails on sales & promotions they are offering. This location also has a side that is connected to them for their sister company PINK! I have never had anyone ever come and ask if I needed any help because they are always busy and have a line wrapped around the store. So I really can't review them on customer service other then when I get to the register. My go to items are the body spray, lotions, panties and bras.... I have noticed that I will order online more then coming into the store unless I have to have it right now. Or I will go to the Grapevine Mills Mall or the Parks Mall in Arlington. For me it is less of a headache because again this place gets really busy. I really love Victoria's Secrets.... I just don't enjoy all of the extra when visiting this location. I really think they need to add another location further south towards Red Oak or Waxahachie to help level out the traffic..... read more

Beware of Victoria Secret cedar hill, it's Christmas time of course and the employees are out to scam hard working people like myself! I made a purchase today and thought it was weird my total was almost $300 when it should have been much less but I paid for it anyways and once I left I looked over my receipt and realized she charged me for an extra bra I DID NOT buy ($42.50) and an extra $12 lip gloss I DID NOT BUY!!! They gave me my refund after acting confused even when I told her before I left the store the price sounded weird and to make sure she didn't double scan anything! Destiny helped me from the door, during the fitting, and up to the actual bras I decided on. I always appreciate great customer service and this young woman was quite the helper. It's always a hit or miss with this store on customer service . I went in Sunday and bought me some leggings and a few bras encountered a very lovely lady that helped me with all my needs. Today I decided to go back due to the early Black Friday sale to buy my daughter some sweats while looking at the sweats I encountered a very rude employee that literally would have pushed me out the way if she could. With a ugly attitude this lady told me "tell me what size you are looking for and I'll look for you" I told her a large she then grabbed a extra small and handed it to me bent down in front off all the sweats with her yellow thong hanging out her back. Every time I tried to look at a different sweats she would be bent over in front of them and say just tell me what size you want my husband was so dumbfounded and in shock of this lady. I swear she made me want to put all my stuff down and walk out if it wasn't for me wanting to get my daughter Christmas gift early they would have lost a customer and I'm sure they wouldn't have cared. Whenever I visit, the staff seems too busy and/or preoccupied with their personal conversations to help. I'm not used to this type of "customer service" since I've shopped mostly at The Parks Mall in Arlington or Northpark. What took the cake is most recently, I called to ask about employment for my daughter who is looking for a job for the summer. My only goal was to ask if they were hiring so my daughter could inquire about it later since she still has a week left in school (so just trying to help her get a jump start on the job search). First off, a sales guy answers the phone in a mediocre tone and sounds like he is bored to death. The conversation goes like this: Me: Hello, I just wanted to ask if your location is hiring? Him: I don't know. You'd have to fill out an online job application to know if we would hire you ma'am. Me: Thank you. I understand that an online application would need to be filled out. However, I wanted to know if you guys are actually hiring as in do you have any openings. Him: (with a snarky tone) Ma'am, like I said, you would have to fill out a job application to know if we would hire you. I don't know if you would be hired without knowing who you are. Me: Okay, Thank you. (hangs up) Now, I don't want to call anyone "stupid" but what am I missing? I didn't ask him if I would be hired. I simply asked if there were openings. I had reservations about calling this location as it is kind of a ghetto atmosphere and the customer service is less than sub-par...but I so love the Victoria Secret brand and thought this would be a great option for my daughter. But glad she is dodging the bullet on this one. read more

I agree with the other poster. This location has a very poor selection. Almost every item in the store was either extra small or small. There were virtually no items in sizes medium or large. At least a manager and a sales clerk did offer assistance, but what assistance can they really provide if they have nothing in your size? This store is great if you're anorexic. read more

I went to the store a while ago. And the manager allowed other customers to purchase the eight for 27.50. However she wouldn't allow me. I perceived that to be racially motivated however I didn't want to pull that card she was black they were white and I am mixed. I found it odd. The sales clerk on the floor told me she would ask if I could make the purchase that night since i would be at work the following day. I told her that she didn't have to ask because if the manager said no I would be upset after hearing the manager myself let others buy that night. Being that I live in Cedar Hill and shop at this Victoria's Secret quite often I was offended. read more

Horrible customer service.... Asked the manager if they had a sweatshirt in a certain size and she had a horrible attitude about it. Then I had asked another girl a question and she told me to "hold up" and literally gave me the finger to be quiet while she took a phone call..... Will not be going to this store ever again. Does NOT represent Victoria's Secret in a good way at all.... I only wish I would've gotten the females names that "helped" me!! read more
