Nice color, but the paint job is horrible.
    Edwin D.

*long sigh* I went back- Michelle cannot paint nails. She's the one at the center of the salon. The guy with braids does not believe in customer service. Not sure what possessed me to come over to THIS nail place. I saw the two star rating and should've known THEN that I was in for terrible service. All around. There are many other nail salons that will do right by their client. This is NOT one of them. Do not accept just any service from these nail salons.

3 days, and the polish came off, so they fixed it, still won't ever come back!!

Horrible customer service. My nails lasted 3 days.. then I come back and the manager was rude! They did eventually fix what went wrong, but I would NEVER!!! , go back again, or RECOMMEND!!! You have been warned!! "0" stars should be an option!!

    85$ acrylic set

Had a horrible experience. I got Overcharged and payed 85 for an acrylic Set. My original idea for the nail design was different and the nail tech said it was gonna cost and extra 30. I said no and he said he'll give me something better. It was an ugly design that costed 20. They keep trying to make you do extra things for more money and it's annoying, you can't enjoy and relax. Also, I noticed nail chipping in just A FEW DAYS. This place is over priced and lacking quality

Today was the first time that I went back to victoria's after covid and I can tell you I am not pleased. I sat down with a nail tech and I told her that I wanted acrylic tips and after she put on the tips, she started painting them and I asked her what she was doing. I told her I wanted regular acrylic tips and that i just want regular gel nail polish and not the pink gel. I was not even sure what she was doing. She did not listen to my suggestion and continued painting the nails. I had to repeat myself twice and she stopped for a second but then kept painting them and proceeded to use the pink gel. I wish I had gotten her name because I have never been so displeased with the customer service before. I also told her that I felt the nails were not secure and she had to get another nail tech to tell her what I was saying and they both ignored my suggestion. I am sure they also overcharged me for the pink acrylic gel of course because my nails do not usually come out to 65 not including tip. The nails came out crooked, were very curved and are SO THICK, I am not sure if you can tell in the pictures but even people have said they did a bad job. I thought they looked nice at first but taking a closer look at them, I am not happy. I really wish I had spoken up but I was so fed up that I just wanted to leave the salon.

EXPENSIVE $$!! But worth it. I only go here when I'm trying to indulge in self care; pure vanity purposes only. I went in to get the hot new Cat Eye Gel Manicure. I'm not into gel; but made an exception to try it out as I am starting a fancy new job. They charged $15 extra for this treatment. Ok cool- but the nail tech messed up on one of the nails and tried his best the fix it causing a double cat eye. (No one is perfect but usually I want my nails to be impeccable if I'm paying someone to paint it). Spa pedi is $40 and comes with a mini back/ leg massage/ hot towel treatment; me and everyone around me got it over the regular pedi. Even tho I left with one nail in the double cat eye I was perfectly scrubbed, polished and kneaded and massaged into the need for a nap. I felt so relaxed when my partner asked me how come I paid $100 to get a mani and pedi I rolled over and started snoring (ha)

Hmmmmm I had such conflicting feelings while writing this review. So I'll just go with the pros and cons‍ Pro: Nice decor, friendly staff , Anna the nail tech (the only reason I still come here). Cons: pricey, pricey and pricey $$ basic gel tips cost me $90 ( not including tip) They charge for everything! If you use water to wash your hands they'll probably charge for that too Recommendations: If it's your first time here and you're using acrylic have them test against one nail first. Every time I come here someone is screaming from the burn of the acrylic.

I came here after being recommended by a good friend. She suggested I go to Kathy or Selena. The day I went Kathy wasn't there and Selene had one person ahead of me. I wanted to be seen since I had other things to do that day. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so it helped that most people were at work. Samantha greeted me and told me she'd be the one to do my nails. I was antsy since it had been years that I go to get my nails done professionally let alone with tips. She made me feel comfortable and let me know when she was gonna to do and how since I have pretty wide nails. Initially I said I wanted acrylic (idk what's out these days) but she said it would be best I got sculpting gel instead and then I could get gel polish. She ended up doing a good job but what's also important was that she made my visit pleasant. She gave me her personal number and asked me to reach out to her directly for an appt and that way I wouldn't have to wait long. I'm definitely going back to Victoria's and I'm definitely having Sam do my nails.

Admittedly, I only stop in here about once every six months to get my brows done but when I do, I'm always glad I made the pitstop in the mall. Pretty cheap (by Manhattan standards) and quick quality service! I have uneven, unruly curly eyebrows (thanks Dad) so they're really easy to mess up. The technicians at Victoria's are great about knowing how to trim and shape my brows so that they look amazing. The skill level is definitely on-par, if not better than some of the more expensive services that I get in Manhattan. Such a hidden gem in the Green Acres mall!

Chipped nail polish and terrible skills

I don't recommend anyone to do nails there. I got a regular manicure on Friday and the polish is already chipped. Overall, there is nothing good to say about this place except horrible service and no skills to do nails.

I wish I could give negative stars. I had to leave I didn't even finish getting my gel powder done. For starters she told me I should get it and that acrylic was better umm no. And then had to pick 3 different colors because they didn't have any ! She was extremely rude cut me numerous times extremely forceful and she pulled my arm not once but twice when she went to do it the 3rd time I had to just get up and pay and leave. The manager didn't seem to give a shit either he just wanted to get paid. This place is trash don't waste your money !

Dead skin on my big toe
    Derrick R.

The service was horrible. I still have the dead skin on my toes. I would never use this service again.

I would give this nail salon zero stars if I could. It was my first time there on Monday 3/14/2022 and the nail technician was so aggressive he ripped off half my real nail while removing my acrylics. I ended up coming to this nail salon bc the one I usually go to was busy and I get my nails filled every 2 weeks. He did not apologize after this happened, simply stating that I could finish the rest of my nails and come back to do that one finger. I ended up in the ER because I was in so much pain and could not feel my finger. Overall horrible customer service, would not recommend this place to anyone, this picture is from a few days after. I ended up missing work and still don't have much feeling in this finger

Rude, rushed, tacky. Don't go here unless you want to be treated poorly. It's noisy, like a nail mill, not relaxing. Quantity over quality.

As a longtime ewc water I am accustomed to non double dipping, fresh wax, sterilization, and the 4 step process. Now I will say this place is not Ewc. They offer chocolate wax as opposed to hard wax and have one suite. I asked if they double dip and I was told if I call ahead they can change the wax for me. (It is a small wax pot). She did not double dip the sticks when applying was to my underarms she also had what it looks like roll on wax applicators which isn't the most hygienic. Wax was not painful as I anticipated since chocolate is still a strip wax (use of cloth and softer wax) and all hair was removed quickly and efficiently. Skin was not lifted. Will inspect underarm when I get home. Went back day after and did brows. Came out really really well! Will be back!
