The best Pink/VS store I've ever been to! I was immediately greeted and told that if I needed any assistance I could ask anyone. All of the ladies especially the two I spent the most time with there were amazing! During checkout, I was shown how to use my rewards on my app since I always forget to redeem them! A good selection of everything and if they don't have it out, the ladies go and check in the back to make sure you leave happy. Lots of good deals inside and they have a free tote offer right now for pink items. Loved my experience there and glad I went to get my niece some stuff because I left with some stuff for myself as well! They are limiting the amount of people inside so you check in at the entrance and they do a great job explaining the sales and asking if you're looking for anything in particular. The store is nicely laid out and all staff was friendly and welcoming. Asked by several if we needed assistance. We found some joggers and checked out. Also got a new VS mask which is so comfy!!! Best $10! Recommend if you're looking for a mask that doesn't sit on your mouth. The straps are adjustable and the inside feels like the material of a bra. Not friendly. Daniella sized me wrong and was making me feel rushed to get out of the store. Multiple girls were commenting to guests about the closing time which felt unprofessional and rude. I stopped into this location this afternoon. The selection was not that great. I am- glam and glitter type so the selection was very limited. Also they were having some sales, so sizes were very limited. Swim suits were buy one get one free. The blue color that I liked, didn't have bikini bottoms in my size. A salesperson came over to help me find sizes. When I suggested trying to find the suit in a pink color, she told me no- that color is not " for adults." She was basically telling me that I was too old to buy that color. She was older herself. I told her that I wear what I like and my age doesn't stop me from getting what I like. She would not look for the sizes in that color. Guess she hasn't seen Sports Illustrated Swim Suit issue covers with 80'something Martha Stewart, 70 something Mae Musk and 60 something Christie Brinkley. I work out frequently, have a toned body, and can rock a bathing suit/ bikini. When are we going to stop age and body shaming other women? Her job was to help me find the size I needed, so I could complete my purchase. I left the store without making a purchase and I am in no hurry to go back there. read more

Like a previous reviewer, I would prefer to go to the Citrus Park location than this one. Although there are staff members who are around offering their help, when I actually reached out for help, the staff was not helpful. As a result, I decided to figure out what I needed on my own, but the staff member kept insisting on trying to help me which was annoying because she simply couldn't (e.g. She stated that certain products didn't come in a certain style, but I would then find them on my own!)--she was clearly misinformed. Not sure what it means when the patrons know more about the product than the seller. Then, after waiting for some time to check out, I was informed that there was only one line. While there was a customer who had been waiting longer than I had been, I now had to get in line behind two more people who I would have been ahead of if the line was clearly marked in the first place. By the way, I have seen multiple lines in the past, so formation of lines seems to really be up to whoever is working the registers at the moment. While this was one day out of several days that I have been here, it was enough to make me not want to come back. I have been coming here out of convenience, but I think I will just shop online from now on. If you decide to shop here, just beware that the service you get is not consistent/reliable. read more

Located in Wiregrass Mall, this location is bustling on the weekend and is normally quiet during the week. It is a combo of VS PINK and Victoria's Secret. It has always been a well stocked location when I have visited and is very well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and there are plenty of employees to help you find what you are looking for. Even when I am toting a coupon for a free pair of undies, I am happily assisted to find what I am looking for! There is normally a bountiful selection of colors and sizes. They will readily order you a certain color/size if they do not have it in stock with free pickup in store. The store is located in the center of Wiregrass Mall and you can either find parking along the central mall street (metered) or free parking in the other lots/parking garage. Dressing rooms can get full on the weekend, but the staff is attentive if you ring the bell. They readily bring new sizes or colors upon request. I like shopping at this location because it is less crowded than others (during the week) and it is easy to locate what you are shopping for. read more

This Victoria Secret location is clean inside and the staff like most reviewers have mentioned are fickle. For about half of my experiences, I have been asked for help and accommodated and the other half staff have not acknowledged that I was there or haven't been helpful. I am a cardholder and love shopping with coupons, however at times I feel there is no effort with the staff. At one occurrence, I asked if I could use my 20$ off coupon for opening the card and without even looking at the coupon, it was dismissed and the cashier stated that I couldn't use it. I then asked could she at least try and it allowed me to use it. This is one of the reasons why I have 3 stars. Overall, I love the product at Victoria's Secret and the sales. read more

Although the merchandise is good at this location, the staff is horrible. I came at opening around 9:58 and I waited till 10:05 for them to open the door. Normally I'm not impatient but I had to be to work at 11. It was aggravating because one of the girls that works there was at the door fidgeting with a sign and was completely ignoring me. She opened the door finally, pulled the sign outside, and then turned around to walk back inside (I guess I'm invisible) I proceeded to ask her as she was walking inside if they are you open yet (even though they technically had been open for about 5 minutes), she replied "yeah" and just walked back inside. I work in the service industry and if you're in customer service that was completely rude. 1) She didn't say hi or acknowledge me at all. 2) After I asked her if they were open she didn't have the decency to hold the door open for me or at least as I was walking behind her, wait for me to come in also. I bought a couple things, went to the register, and my total was over $100. I saw they were having a promotion if you spent over $85 you get a free come kimono. I proceeded to ask the girl that was cashing me out if I get a kimono and she said "no that's only for Victoria's Secret, not pink". Good thing I get promotions in my email because I I saw that you get a free pair sandals if you spend over $65. I told her, "don't I get a pair of sandals though." She then replied "oh yeah, sorry I forgot about that promotion." These people that work here don't give a damn about their jobs. I'm sorry if you hate your job but you need to act happy/be knowledgeable because customers spend thousands of dollars in this store and are going to be offended by the way you treat them and your lack of knowledge. So please hire people who know what they're doing and who can act happy towards customers! read more

I love VS, but not this location..unless you are in your mid 30's or younger, you di not get waited on or helped at this location..I am a forever angel card holder and do 95% of my shopping on line because of this issue..I have brought this issue about not getting help or service up with their management on numerous occasions and still have problems getting assistance from the store employees..the VS associates on phone are wondering...this store is missing out on big sale volumes because of this issue..I will continue to be a VS fan and will shop line via phone or at a different VS location..one star is being very generous on my part considering the customer service I have been shown compared to the money I have spent with VS..the other issue I have had is that the sales associates are clueless to what daily special offers are being offered and the term of these offers..I check my email daily to see these offers and shop to take advantage of them only to have sales associates arguing with me about this offers...this is very frustrating for me when I have a list with items I would like to purchase and end up walking out of store to order on phone while standing outside their store. read more

I used to LOVE Victoria's Secret and considering our long history, I still do to an extent. I own two credit cards...my bank card, and my VS card. Only my closest and dearest friends have been exposed to my lingerie drawer, and any one of them will tell you that I have a *serious* problem. But my VS card hasn't gotten nearly as much mileage recently as it used to. Victoria's Secret has several collections, and they usually switch out/update the products in each line about once year. It's great to have fresh looks and styles, and all loyal customers relish that time of year when their semi annual sale is going on (it's one of my favorite holidays) and you might score some of last season's collections at a heavy discount. But the constant product changes are also frustrating, because if you happen to really like the style of a particular item, don't get used to it and good luck finding it in the future. I also feel like the quality of their products (bra and panty collections) -or at least the ones I have regularly purchased over the past ten or so years of being a loyal and devoted customer- have been going steadily downhill. My bras and panties just aren't as durable and don't hold up like they used to! When you are spending this kind of money (semi annual prices only bring VS prices closer to average department store prices), you don't want to experience quality control issues for at least a fe months. *** As far as the store in Wiregrass Mall is concerned, the store itself is large and clean, but the customer service really depends on the day and time you visit. The sales staff are either right there to assist, or they don't even notice you exist. The collections are well placed and easy to find, so if you have ever worked in retail or you understand the layout and organization of their products, it' easy enough to find the stock you are looking for when it's not out in plain sight. And the register line(s) at most all VS stores (I've been to every one in the Tampa Bay area numerous times) can be one of the most frustrating checkout lines I have ever experienced; especially here. They are often long, confusing, and slow moving (if you drive in Tampa, then you're probably used to that). read more

I am one of those women who hates shopping. And we had made plans to go to Victoria secret and get sized properly for bras and check out the brilliant marketing line that has made most of the country color blind. But here's my issue. Since I am not one to shop in a store setting, I know I must look out of place, however I walked up to the first person I saw with a measuring tape to get that annoying detail out of the way. Now I have always been small chested, in fact jokes have always been proudly made either by me or at my expense. Even when I told my husband my plan to be sized he said little. However, never expected anything but accurate measurements from a sales professional. What I got was what I think and hope was a joke. I was measured at a 32D. Not sure if the sales person had a plan with the letter, but I gave it a go (knowing it was wrong, but played along) I took a couple (1C cup and 1D cup) of bras into the dressing room only to be insulted by the size. I tried on the c over my bra and it fit with room to spare. The sales associate did tell me that it was an estimate, however I just whet on your website and saw that you encourage people to be sized at a store, I'm not sure if this is a corporate wide teaching to get people to hang out and try on bras all day to be disappointed when they find their correct size, or if this was the sales girl going rouge. But a very experience was left with me because of this. I know there is a much more accurate way of doing measurements for this where I'm not left feeling like this. read more

I went to Wesley Chapel from the University location. The University folks were wonderful. They explained that the Wesley Chapel store was bigger and MAYBE had a bigger selection for a 36 DDD. I called the Wesley Chapel store and Stacy said 'of course we do.' I could get no help! None. And when I went to pay for my purchase of the two bras I found on my own the dopey cashier says 'Did you find everything you need' and I said 'No I did not. I was looking for 36 DDD balconette bra. Her brilliant reply was 'Ummm'. I will never go back to that store. Oh yes, I was on crutches! read more
