I visited this Victoria's Secret location this evening, 5/19 around 7:30 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I walked through the entire store without a single employee greeting or acknowledging me. No one asked if I needed assistance or if I wanted to be measured for sizing There were two female employees standing at the center register chatting the entire time while clearly seeing me walk around the store, yet neither offered even a simple "hello." I eventually helped myself, went to the fitting room, and even had to ring the bell for assistance. After finishing, I walked up to the register where one employee was helping another customer while the other stood behind the register doing something else - still no acknowledgement, no eye contact, not even an "I'll be right with you!" The complete lack of customer service and professionalism was honestly shocking. I will absolutely not be returning to this company. read more

I just got done perusing in the Barnes & Noble and Old Navy stores at Glendora Martketplace. Thought I check out Victoria's Secret (VS) that is right next door. It's a much smaller shop compared to other VS shops that I have visited in the past. Maybe those have been inside huge malls where there is more space for more VS merchandise to be stocked. It was bright and clean. Merch was organized on the shelves and/or hunged on the racks. However, I find it to have limited selections on non-lingerie items. Funny, I don't shop at VS much. However, I have purchased sweatpants and sweatshirts from VS in the past. Not a big fan of lingerie or what they call fancy undergarments LOL. I like to keep it basic! Anyway, whenever I am at VS, I do walk around to see what they have to offer. Sometimes, they have a clearance section. Other times, some merch are on sale just like yesterday. I snatched myself a nice long sleeve green shirt with Lake Tahoe on it. I love travel clothing! It had Pink printed on it, too. Very smooth material. I didn't even try it on. It was a medium size shirt which I normally don't get because I usually wear a large. It looked like a large so I got it. It was on sale for $25 from $39+. Pretty average price for a shirt. Staff was nice. I appreciate the friendly and helpful service. Great to see a VS in Glendora! read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Victoria's Secret this past week. I bought a $60 bra the prior week, but I returned to the store to do a proper return and then repurchase it along with two more items (also $60 each) to get the buy 2, get 1 free deal and apply a $30 off coupon. In total, the three items were $180. After the buy 2, get 1 free, it should have been $120. Then, with the $30 coupon, it should have come to $90 plus tax. Instead, Maritza did an exchange rather than a full return, so I never got my $60 back and ended up paying $80 extra. After realizing this, I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, Gabby. Gabby was extremely rude- she had a terrible attitude and just seemed like she wanted me out of the store. She said there was nothing she could do, which was shocking, especially since I've been a loyal customer for years. I get that it was the end of the day, but that doesn't excuse it. Just to be clear, if I now returned all three items, I would only get $80 back- so once again, where is the rest of my money? As a customer, I expect much better. I hope they fix this soon. read more

Adjacent to Bath & Body works in Glendora. Across, to the right of AMC theatre's. This location is perfect and local for the IE. It's super tidy and the ladies that work here are nice. If you're looking for a popular item, be sure to come quick because they run out fast! Selection may be limited and there is no guarantee that they'll have it online- which is normal. I came for an exchange and was helped by the lovely young ladies. It was super quick and easy. Definitely worth the trip. read more

I like this location but they have some unprofessional employees. I was shopping when two employees were cussing and talking poorly about their team members while restocking and organizing shelves. It was like I was caught in the center of their drama, it was awkward. read more

I was in town visiting family and shopped in the Sam's Club nearby. I ordered something online, via the VS app and decided to pick it up at this location. I was surprised to learn about this location, but it was very convenient since I was already shopping at the same plaza. They had their semi annual sale going on. I'm so glad I came by because they had a great selection that were out of stock online (sizes). The store was clean and organized. Usually during sales, the store is chaotic and everything is a mess with sizes all mixed up in the bins. Customer service was amazing! Gabby helped with my pickup order and willingly answered some questions I had. Berlin was nice too. Shopping during their semi annual sale saves you A LOT and you receive even more rewards if you're a member. This store is my go to location when I'm in town. It beats the crowds in the mall. lol read more

This store is always very clean and well organized, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I usually find what I'm looking for although sometimes you'll have to have them order something for you if they're out of you size. It is a smaller store so the selection isn't as large as bigger stores but the convenience and location are worth it. You don't have to worry about going into a mall and waking with crowds. The store is usually running sales or giving out coupons which is nice and makes it very affordable if you shop wisely. read more

The store is well stocked, beautifully maintained, clean,. It is so nice to go in there and shop, the staff are friendly and helpful. The store Manager is lovely- she is a hard worker who cares about her store and the customers. My daughter and I had a such a fun experience shopping in here recently, she check us vs out, ordered my daughter some shorts online, and wrapped two gifts we were buying for her friends, the whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. read more

We would give Berlin and this location more than 5 stars if we could. My friend needed a size 32 band bra which is so frustrating for her because no stores carry them. Berlin came through with many styles and materials to choose from. She is extremely knowledgeable of the inventory in her store. She was able to find my friend the perfect cotton, underwire bra. Berlin was so great and patient with my friend, that I decided I needed one also. This will definitely be our go to store for bras and panties. Thank you Berlin!! read more
