The sides were also a hit. They had marinated perilla leaves which paired perfectly with the crab and a spoonful of rice. They also had nori wraps with sliced pickled radish that also complemented the meal. The miso soup came to the table with pieces of crab leg that they boiled to create the sweet/salty umami flavored broth. I was also impressed with how clean and modern the inside of the restaurant was as was the restroom with little disposable cups and mouthwash!
