Yummy biscuits The solo hen is my favorite---it's just a biscuit with a piece of fried chicken breast. I love going to the butter and jam bar they have in the restaurant. I love their homemade honey butter and their strawberry jam. It goes so well with the warm buttery biscuit. Also, their iced coffee is very good. The girl that took our order was extremely nice and helpful but most other waitstaff were rude and had an attitude. I think this place is overrated. I've been there a couple of times and the food was ok, but not sensational. The service was great, and unlike many other brunch spots, they serve cappuccino which is a big plus. The food though was disappointing. I had the Benedict: the egg was undercooked to the point that the egg white was runny and slimy which grossed me out. The ham they chose to use was not very good. The hollandaise sauce was way too much. I liked the biscuit after I excavated it from under the eggs, ham, and sauce I didn't eat. If I go back remind me to choose something else, ok? read more

My partner tried blueberry jam...it had an unidentifiable spice to it and not natural tasting at all. The bourbon maple butter tasted only like a mouthful of cinnamon. I gave it 2 stars strictly because it was clean and the staff was friendly. We'll give it one more chance and decide if it's a keeper.
