Exceptional Customer Service…read more Anthony and his son Quentin provide exceptional customer service. They're knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. And they listen to you and provide thorough explanations. I first called Yutzy after the company that originally installed our new dual-fuel HVAC system was unable to get it to operate properly despite numerous service visits over several years. During this time, problems included two burned out blower motors, the replacement of a control board, and a persistent whistling sound from the gas furnace at start up. When I called Yutzy, I spoke with Anthony and described the problems and system history. He came over to assess the system and immediately found several issues with its installation, including HVAC code violations. Anthony and Quentin corrected the problems and our system now runs fine. Since this initial very positive experience, I've also had them install a new Ecobee 4 smart thermostat (highly recommend) and gas line manifold. I strongly recommend them.

We have a 2200 sf ranch with a full finished 2200 sf basement. When finishing the basement they rebuilt all the ventilation to code, so, it is some of the nicer space in the house! They installed a 6 zone system which supplies the main areas evenly throughout both floors. It is efficient, cost effective, and we are very comfortable. Technicians have always been on time and courteous. Working with owner's Russ and Cookie is always a delight. Update: Our AC died in August. Lovely timing. We needed to replace the entire system to get the newer coolant standard. Once again Russ and his install team were excellent, courteous and thorough. Very happy with our new AC, even though we only had a month to enjoy it!

My family used Wolfe and Sons for years. I'm not sure why mom stopped-I think one of her friends…read moreinfluenced her. Once the house became mine a few years ago, I used a few other contractors, but recently decided to return to Wolfe and Sons. My address was still in the system from mom. Seemingly even when customers leave, they don't write them off. I'm glad I went back. They are responsive and they do good work. My humidifier had a leak. I had stopped using it years ago. When Wolfe's technician serviced the furnace, he was going to service it, and I told him it was broken, and I hadn't replaced it--as another company suggested I spend thousands of dollars doing, even though they didn't even check it. They just said, 'oh that's old, we can sell you a new one.' Wolfe's technician took it apart and discovered that a hose had cracked-not surprising given its age. He replaced the hose and it works just fine now. Wolfe does good work, and unlike other companies, they don't appear to engage in the practice of paying their technicians a commission if they upsell expensive and unnecessary equipment to homeowners. Wolfe is family owned, they've been in business a long time--probably because of their work ethic and integrity. I highly recommend them.
