Just recently moved to CT from TN and I've been purchasing my vapor and such from back there. On my phone app it only showed MA shops. Today I tried Yelp for a local store and was amazed that there's one close by! The staff is amazing! Answered all my questions and even informed me of newer models for vaping. Mine is a few years old. They have a wide variety of anything relating to vapor smoking. Color me impressed! I will be back. read more

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The customer service here is horrendous! The other reviews basically say it all. The dude is so rude and I refuse to spend any money here because of that one little boy. The others are alright but seem uninterested in the products they sell. The prices are alright but very (1-2$) close to the 5 other vapes shops on the same street. There are 6 other vape shops on this street and every shop is cleaner and brighter than this place. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy and if I could leave no or negative stars I would. I would however recommend Voltage and Bogeys to anyone and they are within walking distance of bad vibrations. read more

THIS IS THE WORST VAPE SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO! Not only is the selection subpar ,which happens and I'd honestly be willing to get over that as they did carry my brand , but the customer service IS NONEXISTENT!!!! Both men that work there are the most miserable and rude human beings I've ever encountered and it's more than apparent that they hate their jobs. Every time I needed to go in there I'd leave furious literally. SAVE YOURSELF THE DISRESPECT AND ATTITUDE AND GO DOWN THE STREET TO VOLTAGE. Not only does their selection of product surpass Vibrations but the staff was a gem and was a pleasant upgrade from the miserable souls I've been dealing with over at vibrations for the last year. read more

I hit a star cz only way would let me post. I had an issue w opiates in my 20s, now am in 40s. My wallet was lost so only id had was photocopy of license front and back had to make for employer. Smoke zone cards which is good thing. But I also gave them lot of business prior, so they know me. I went to purchase kratom because it helps immensely with ex opiate addicts. I presented them my ids I had, the bar code even scans, dispensary accepts even. They refused me. What makes me laugh is kratom is illegal in RI, so it's already a crime lol. Furthermore I called ahead to verify before taking 2 busses. Then when I was able to get there got sent away. Douchebags of the 1st degree! read more

Vibrations in Enfield Connecticut used to be a great store when the mother or father owned it .. they retired and they're too a****** sons took over the store I was ordering vape juice special order I was working my way down to quitting The vape juice that I was having them buy was from Kai's Virgin vapor It cost $42 a bottle and I was paying it I was placing orders for like 15 bottles All sudden my order comes in 45 bottles in there 4 flavors that I didn't order all with the fact in mind that I wouldn't buy the flavors and I did anyways and then out of nowhere without giving me fair warning they stopped ordering my products they're the most two miserable son of b****** that I've ever met I believe they think they should be sitting on their ass collecting their parents hard-earned money for the last 50 years that they've on their shop .. If you want to go in there and support misery then go for it but it's not worth it they're too miserable f**** there's about seven vape stores on that street that are very nice elevate store that I switch to they have everything you can imagine vibrations compared to this other vape places other store Make them look like s*** go to voltage vapor they have everything you need from pipes to kratom to everything you need points program they don't screw you All you have to do is put in your phone number vibrations you have to give me your ID a lot of the times they don't put your points in so you get screwed then they're miserable f**** go to voltage vapors you won't be disappointed their customer service is nice or shop is nice the people are nice and the prices are even better I didn't even want to give them a star they suck and they're doing stuff that they shouldn't be doing selling stuff out of that store that they shouldn't be doing there's an investigation going on they're bad people The mother and father were good they're mines are being altered by something Don't trust them they're shitbags read more

Absolutely terrible customer service when I go to this store. I'm treated like an inconvenience as soon as I enter and the two guys working there are incredibly rude. My friends and I have decided to take our business elsewhere. 6 more customers lost and rising. read more

It's not that far away from West Springfield (near Bear Hole area) Vibrations is a great Vape Store and carries nearly every Vapor's needs! They have competitive prices and a ton of vaping 'smokers' at all varying prices. Their staff is helpful and friendly and the array of vape juices are incredible. Loads of vape juices in all kinds of different flavors, too. If they don't have what you want or need I'd be surprised read more

the guy didn't even check to see if he had the coils I needed. makes sense why the open sign wasn't on

I've been going to vibrations for at least 5 years so all the previous commentary about the one scruffy guy and his rude condescending demeanor is very well known to me. I typically cringe inside when I see him and always keep my communication to a minimum with him. The women and the owner are amazing which is why I continued going there as long as I did. That one guy though. WOW !!Today was my breaking point. They are no longer carrying an e-juice I had been using for many many years. I had to ask questions to see if I could find a suitable alternative. He was so incredibly rude rolled his eyes multiple times, was annoyed by my presence in the store, pretty much shrugged his shoulders mumbled a bit and provided absolutely no assistance in identifying a suitable alternative even when I directly asked. I hope the owner becomes aware that this guy's extreme negativity and "could care less" attitude is literally driving away longstanding very loyal customers. Get him out and I would happily go back. read more

On a scale of 1-10 Customer service. 0 Bus. Appreciation. 0 Knowledge: unknown Prices: 5 If it wasn't for their competitive pricing on th e-juice I use, I would not patronize this establishment. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. The guys who work here are lazy, and incredibly rude. Could not answer any questions I had about the products and seemed bothered to even have a customer in the store. Were NOT WEARING MASKS. Highly inappropriate. Do not spend your money here. This is a garbage business and they don't deserve your money. Find another vape shop. Any other shop. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been coming here for vape juice for a while and never had any real problems (I can't speak to staff knowledge because I usually knew what I wanted before I went). However, yesterday I stopped by for the first time since pre-COVID and not a single person was wearing a mask. There were only three people in the store but two were employees... I'd be more forgiving if they at least had dividers, but the only customer was leaning in over the counter to talk to the sales associate. We're in a literal pandemic. No one even looked up when I walked in the door, raised their mask or anything so I just left and went to Voltage down the street. At least they take this shit seriously. read more

Straight up.... Do not go in there with s smile on your face because you will not get one in return, no questions asked. Every time I've gone in there, I was given an attitude as if I was doing something wrong by being there in their presence. They are not gong to initiate or respond to even the slightest small talk, in the same level as just being polite is the kind of small talk I'm referring to. But...... With the Massachusetts ban on vaping products, I'm forced to go here or somewhere twice as far. The description I gave is the experience I've had each and every time I've gone there. The dude behind the left counter has got some SERIOUS attitude issues. Anyone that's encountered this dude knows exactly who I'm talking about. I gave 2 stars bc they DO give you what you need and they happen to have the pods I need so frequently. So.....i can appreciate that they make me feel crappy when I'm buying my pods from them. read more

I recently began vaping and came here after Christmas to fix a problem. As I had no idea what was wrong with my vape or how to fix it, the two ladies were SO extremely helpful and welcoming and I didn't even buy my original vape at this location. They helped me understand why it wasn't working, what to do and how to put everything back together properly. Fantastic experience and selection of products! Now on to the reason I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS AGAIN: there is a 20-something-looking boy who works there who just gave me the worst experience I've probably EVER had as a customer anywhere...in the world, actually. He was so incredibly rude, unhelpful, arrogant, lazy and a complete snob. I needed a new piece of glass and didn't know what I needed or how to put it on. He scoffed, handed me the piece and said, 'is that it?', I said no, can you please show me how to get this on? He simply said, 'no.' I get that maybe he didn't want to be responsible for breaking anything but he wouldn't show me, wouldn't help me, when he saw me struggling for more than 5 minutes he just kept staring at the other kid and laughed. My friend cut her finger while trying to get the old glass off and stood there bleeding as he still offered no help... I was going to buy more juice and other products but picked up my phone and Googled other Vape shops in the area, bought the $3.00 piece and left. Went to Voltage Vape Shop down the street. I don't know his name but he's the skinnier of the two boys with glasses. Don't know if he was too doped up to care or if his parents own the place but i can't think of any other reason why someone would be so incredibly horrible at their job, unkind, unhelpful, rude, and still be employed here. I would ONLY ever do business with one of the two ladies I've interacted with, IF I ever go back. And this was not my first interaction with this young man so it obviously wasn't a "I'm having a horrible day-type-of-thing" that you'd give a pass to. Very disappointing. read more

The staff was not wearing masks and they were very rude and the vapes were overpriced also do not buy puff bars from there they are fake

I usually enjoy my visits to Vibrations as the owner and most of his staff have been helpful and personable. Unfortunately as of late I have been avoiding this store because of one employee who has been nothing but rude, condescending and highly unhelpful. This young man seems to have zero consideration for the store's customers and acts as if he's annoyed that he should have to answer questions about the store's products. I feel terrible for having to voice this because the rest of the staff have been outstanding to deal with, but it seems like every time I go to this store this employee is always there making me feel like an inconvenience and highly unwelcome which usually causes me to just go to the store up the street instead. read more

I hate to even rate them a one. If I could give a zero review, I would. My fiancé and I walked into the store today for the first time, looking for a cbd pen and nicotine vape. The two employees working there are completely stupid, ignorant and rude. We needed help and they offered none and didn't know anything about their products. We walked out. I don't know how they are in business. Ridiculous!! We went down the road to Smoke and Munch and they were very helpful. read more

Terrible customer service. Glass pipe literally shattered in front of my boyfriend, and me. My boyfriend took the piece to the shop, and was told that he "had to have dropped it, because it couldn't possibly shatter." The woman was completely unhelpful, and essentially called my boyfriend a liar. read more

I give it a good review for selection, okay for prices, but that one scruffy-looking kid that works behind the counter reminds me that the hands-off approach for disciplining your kids really doesn't work. The owners and the ladies are nice, but when I see the kid, I feel like turning around and leaving. read more

Like so many other reviews if I could give 0 stars I would. The only reason I ever gave vibrations my business was because they have good prices but never again after the way I was so rudely spoken to today after being a regular for a long time. The 2 ladies who work there are very knowledgeable and kind but the 2 middle aged guys are absolutely awful. They don't know how to speak with an ounce of human decency. One of them especially should not be in any kind of customer service position. Thankfully though I found voltage vape shop right down the street and they said they get a lot of customers from how poorly vibrations treats their customers! Now I'm grateful for the bad experience because I found my new vape shop. Go to voltage vape shop or northern lights smoke shop you'll be treated with respect. read more

I definitely recommend this store over the other vape store down the street they have binders with all the juices in it and always 40% off juices which is awesome! The woman who works there is super sweet and very helpful , however the guy that was working with her when I went there today was rude and not very personable at all. Not sure he should be working in customer service! read more

Stopped in this store to find it empty with the exception of two employees. They looked alike and unfortunately acted in a similar fashion. They really couldn't be bothered and it seemed it was a chore to help us. Our questions couldn't be answered, I think they just didn't care as we were interrupting their "me" time. We paid for our purchaes which was a little bazarre in itself. I don't like paying alot of $ to be treated in such a rude, lackadaisical manner. Good job boys I certainly won't be back! Helpful hint; don't get high on your employer's time! read more

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever been too. They're unprofessional, rude and don't have any knowledge about the products they're selling. If you're in the customer service industry and don't know how to be personable then you should consider switching jobs, or in this case "careers" since it's doubtful they have "real jobs" with their attitudes and appearances. Whatever happened to the customer always being right, even when they're wrong? I've been in the customer service industry for numerous years and it's always been about doing right by the customer. Not here! They could give two shits about anything other than money and I will never ever be returning to this store. If you have any sense at all you will never step foot in here either. read more

I purchased e-juice and filters two days ago (6/21), evening time. Their 30ml bottles were several dollars more than I would pay in MA. That wasn't the deal breaker for me, though. The young guy who "helped" me was such a hipster snob. Totally standoffish, impatient, and rude. He kind of scoffed at my vaporizer and was impatient when I didn't know what specific filter I needed, and when they didn't have the juice I was looking for, he couldn't care less. No recommendations, just irritation. To be fair, the taller guy who rang me up was friendly to me, but too little too late. I won't be back. read more

Worst customer service ever!! Guy behind the counter was super rude like I was bothering him. He seemed to busy shoveling food in his mouth to help a potential customer. Won't ever go back and will tell everyone I know the same! read more

Great place to get all of your vaping supplies and juices. The owner is a very knowledgable guy that goes out of his way to help you. The prices are good, and they have a huge selection of vape juices. It is my go to place! They are remodeling the store and it looks great! read more

Had a very pleasant experience here. I called ahead to make sure ther carried my vape juice and they answered all my questions. Both people working were very kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend coming here for your vape needs. Overall it was a great experience. read more

This place is an old stand by, fair prices and an OK selection. Collectors will love this place, tons of one of a kind pieces from local artists. Drop in and check it out, worth the trip. read more

It's a small place, but I prefer it to Northern Lights because the store owners actually know what they are talking about and are more professional. The pipes are very good quality and they don't sell cheap and flimsy ones. They've got some interesting items like stash cans disguised as Pringles etc. A good selection of Vaporizers. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. read more

I'm not sure what was going on at the time when other females have had bad experiences here. I've been coming here every so often since high school I've always been treated with respect and all of my questions have been answered without a problem. They have over the years changed up and upgraded to what's trending (vaping) but I still love the prices of everything they have for the non vapor. read more

I give this place 3 stars simply for the selection they offer. I went in looking for ejuice and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to the wide variety available. The kid working the counter was absolutely zero help. There was no greeting when we walked in, no questions if he could help us, nothing.... He sat there with his back to us on his phone, mumbling answers back to us. I wasn't impressed with the service in the slightest, however, the selection itself was good enough to consider to trip back next time I find myself in the area. read more

They have 3mg liquid which is hard to find elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff with wide selection!

I've decided to write a yelp review about this business because I was reminded about how badly they f****ed me. I was 18 at the time and went to buy a pipe. I was young and nervous about going inside since there are certain things you weren't allowed to say I just wanted to get in and out. I bought a pipe and left. On the way home I noticed it was cracked and had already been used. I was almost home so I decided to bring it back the next day as I didn't think I would make it back to the shop before they closed. I brought it back the following day to complain and they accused me of breaking it and smoking out of it. They were extremely argumentative and bullied me, trying to make me admit that I had done it. They would not refund my money or even take it back. Yeah it's my fault for not being more observant but it was the most frustrating encounter I've had with a business. I have not returned since and do not plan to. There is a much better smoke shop very close by called "Smoke Zone" with amazing products. read more

Well, I'm a local. I think this is important because most people looking for something on Yelp aren't. Vibrations has been around as long as I can remember (I'm 38). I've been in 15-20 times in 20 years. It's a decent head shop. They have everything you'd expect from a true head shop. Not a hippie "clothing and bead" shop! However they're a little expensive. There's another shop "Northern lights" less than a mile south (same road) make sure you check out both. Again they're a little pricy compared to buying online, but a little better than Vibrations on things I've bought. I can't say anything bad about either but I've had better experiences at Northern lights. Sales people were more personable and I've bought more from them as a result. Not to discount the knowledge of Vibrations employees, they just weren't feeling my "vibes"! lol. If your not from the area please stop by and visit both of our local head shops. I'd hate to see either one go away! read more

I was robbed and severely disrespected!! I never write reviews, but I had to write one because I think everyone should know how terrible my experience was. Not only was the guy at the counter rude, condescending and sarcastic, he refused to clarify a simple question about a price. He kept repeating the same three words and rolling his eyes. When I got home I realized I had been charged twice. When I called to ask about it I was mocked and hung up on. They are terrible and I will never go back. Sadly, after reading other reviews I see that this was not an isolated incident. But rather, their customary approach. read more

Will look you in the face and lie to you and sell you counterfeit goods. I have seen evidence of them selling fake RooR brand water pipes. When confronted with the item being counterfeit and unused will not issue refund and double down on their lies, and disrespect customers who they have ripped off. When I pay good money for something I want to know that it is exactly what it is supposed to be. If you have a willingness to sell counterfeit goods you will do plenty of shady things. read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I had bought my vape there with little to no help for selection (it was my first and was clueless as to what I was looking at) I asked the young man at the counter if he could help me and he pointed at them and said "they are right there" so I just picked one and finally an older gentleman came out and was really nice and helped me. That was a few months ago. A few days ago I went to go buy a new coil and the rude kid from before hands me the wrong one and I told him it was the wrong one and he insisted that it was fine and it wouldn't matter and it would work. What do you know? ITS THE WRONG ONE! I went back the next day to try and get a refund and get the right one and he told me that he had no idea who I was didn't remember me at all that the coil shouldn't have been a problem blah blah blah then finally said he would take off the money for the wrong coil on a new one because the ones I needed only came in a 5 pack. He did not discount the full amount and I was too pissed to even argue. The young kids that work there need to get fired. The woman that works there is really nice and so is the older gentleman. But sorry, I've already told everyone I know not to go in that shop. Awful customer service solely because of those kids. read more

dumb staff sorry but ive heard the dumbest things come out of their mouth.... anyways prices are high glass isnt bad but not a good time
