This is such an amazing place. A sanctuary before or after work. If you enjoy cigars or interested in learning more about them, the owners are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The selection is great. There is a smoking lounge downstairs, as well as the Bar Fifty Two upstairs that has an ample selection of cigars and beverages. Of course there is smoke, but I have brought friends that don't smoke, and the air management system pulls it out perfectly enough that it doesn't bother non-smokers who just want to be with their friends or loved ones. Now the location has now changed to 53 Springfield St. in Agawam & this spot is in a former bank branch but don't get fooled because this place still is pretty excellent with what was done. First floor where the tellers/vault was has been seriously redone to have a humidifier & cigars selection, display for pipes, pipe tobacco, lighters/ cutting equipment and modern register Also got a small lounge with seats and a bar with a bunch of spirits,wines and some beers. Now if you want to become a member of the place oh you're going to love the second floor because now I have been for the open bit last night & I"ll say that is really worth it due to the fact that it's got a full bar with service, spirits, beers, cigars selection and also seats are available & say you want to watch a sports bit now there you go. Oh I by accident forgot the back patio with seats, heat and cover so that's no problem Now you got the 411. Plus I got a real intuition when MGM Springfield opens up & we have some smokers who want a spot this will blossom like either a flower or broadleaf tobacco (LYAO). read more

I was really disappointed with the selection of cigars. Over 50% of the cigar selection boxes in the walk-in humidor were empty. I discovered the business was recently sold and that the previous owner hadn't placed a cigar since before Christmas. I hope the transfer of ownership goes smoothly and the that the cigar supply returns to its normal quantities and variety. read more

The new owners have really made this place great! Super location, excellent selection, Good prices, SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Cigar Room II is far and away THE BEST tobacco shop in Western Mass and Northern Connecticut. I'm personally a semi regular there, sometimes just picking up some stogies and other times relaxing in their ample and well apointed lounge. Great customer service. Had bought a oasis humidifier that wasn't working properly and wanted to return it. The owner helped me try and diagnose what was wrong with it and in the end ended up exchanging it with a more expensive model. Wow!!! I am a giant fan of the Cigar Room 2! The store is laid out well, organized and makes it easy to find your favorite cigars. The lounge is comfortable and open to the public for smoking of cigars bought in the store. There is also a lovely patio to enjoy smokes on, as well. And now, you can have a beer, wine or glass of port to go along with your cigar. This place is great and the owner is a pleasure to speak to! read more

It's all right. They do have a great selection, but ever since Cigar Room 2 replaced Azon Cigars there, it seems like customer service isn't quite what they used to be. I waited for service in the shop for a while this morning, but left after I couldn't find a single employee to ring me up. Too bad they don't seem interested in my business anymore - back in the Azon days, it was the only place I went. read more
