Loved this sandwich spot for a quick bite! We only got one item, but it was delicious and the service was quick and loved the counter service. It was a bit cold so they didn't have tables outside, but normally they do for seating small amount of seating on the inside.

Stopped by to try the hot chocolate and a pastry, wound up also ordering a sandwich. I really liked the hot chocolate. It's like they weren't trying to do too much with it. There's a marshmallow on top which was very sweet and good! It was $5 for a small and it was a perfect size. We had the olive oil cake. Super moist! Watching them make the sandwiches led me to ordering the Joe Vig ($15). Excellent sandwich! It has several different types of cheese with I loved; there wasn't just one layer/slice of cheese. There is no place to eat inside. They do have tables outside though.

The L'artusi team just opened their second new spot of the year, a few doors down from B'artusi, the other new one. This one is a grab and go spot, with just standing room and a few tables set up outside. They have pastries, salads and sandwiches, plus stuff to cook at home. I tried the Cacio e Pepe Scone ($6), which was great, as was the Huckleberry Pear Poptart ($5), but the real showstopper was the Chicken Saltimbocca Sandwich ($14.75). This is a super satisfying sandwich with crispy chicken, spicy capicola, arrabbiata sauce, provolone and mozz. If this is any indication, the rest of the sandwiches will be excellent too and I'm looking forward to returning to try more of them.

Always great. Stop by when I'm in nyc to grab the mushroom ragout Togo and the chicken saltimbocca sandwich. Sandwich is killer

Because I'm such a fan of the L'Artusi team I was super excited to try Via Porta. It's a tiny little spot right next door to B'Artusi with some outdoor seating. They sell pastries, sandwiches, salads, and even have jarred versions of the sauces from L'Artusi. From the start I could tell things were a little chaotic. There was a lot of staff moving nonstop behind the counter and a lot of customers coming in and out. We ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca sandwich, the mattanza tuna sandwich, the ribollita soup, pumpkin chocolate chip loaf, and the olive oil loaf. Somehow we ended up with a sunchoke Caesar salad and they accidentally gave us two chicken sandwiches instead of a tuna. They were quick to give us the right sandwich once we pointed it out. The two winners were the chicken sandwich and the olive oil loaf. Everything else was just ok. I'm excited to come back and try more of the sandwiches and other new items coming soon as they get more into the swing of things.

The…read morepull apart truffle monkey bread was our initial reason for coming, and although the price point was quite steep, I would say it's worth the try. The bread was fluffy and not dry, which I had seen previous reviews say before. Paired with the creamy truffle butter, it had a luxurious mouthfeel. My favorite was the pork chop (cognac, sweet prunes, bacon, rosemary) -- the sweet and soft texture of the prune was melted in my mouth like fat, and the pork was tender, with the rosemary also coming through. The vodka rigatoni was a skip, somewhat bland and one-note, we ended up putting some of the truffle butter and garlic aioli from the fries to make it more flavorful. This was especially in contrast with the spicy shrimp pasta which was much tastier. Also got the strawberry vacherin (strawberry ice cream, meringue, vanilla whipped cream), it was my first time having this dessert. The tartness of the strawberry was great with the fluffy meringue and the sweet ice cream. Service was extremely attentive, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated with moody lighting. Although the space was packed, it didn't feel too loud or crowded. We spent about two hours and didn't feel rushed.

I went on a Thursday night, and the place was absolutely packed. The front feels more like a bar/casual area, while the dining room is tucked toward the back. My reservation was at 10:15 PM, so I actually had a light dinner beforehand and ordered a little lighter than I normally would. I got: - Truffle Monkey Bread ($34.99) - Prime Rib French Dip ($39.99) - Pommes Frites ($13.99) - Banana Split Sundae ($24.99) I thought the prices were definitely on the higher end when I first sat down, but the Truffle Monkey Bread is divine! Honestly, it's probably in my top 3 bread experiences of my life. If you love truffle, butter, cheese, and basically everything good in life, please get this. It comes out slightly warm and is just incredible. I will probably dream about this bread. The French Dip was good, although it was a little too salty for me. If I get the chance to come back, I'd probably try one of their actual steaks instead. The pommes frites were super crispy, basically McDonald's fries but elevated. The Banana Split Sundae was so pretty. I loved how they placed all the little treats around the crevices/imprints of the dish (not sure how else to describe it ). It's huge, though, so definitely don't expect to finish it yourself. I'd recommend sharing it with 3+ people. I was also celebrating an anniversary, and they brought out a strawberry scoop for us. It tasted homemade and really fresh. I could actually see pieces of strawberry in it, which I loved. The restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, and getting a dinner reservation can be a struggle, but I'd absolutely go again if I got the chance. The decor is cozy and upscale, the food was excellent, and the whole place has a really nice atmosphere. My only real complaint was that our waitress kept pushing us to order more, which got a little annoying, especially since we had already ordered quite a bit. Overall: expensive + difficult reservation, but absolutely worth trying. And please get the truffle monkey bread.

The menu is large so there is something for everyone. Various eggs, smoothies, pancakes, salads, sandwiches, bowls and wraps to choose from. Both were very tasty and made with fresh ingredients. Great option for a healthy and quick meal!

Decor/actual restaurant: This particular location is very small and tight with limited in-store seating. The interior is cute, I like the blue color theme they have here. For a restaurant designed for to-go orders, I believe that there could be more waiting room and a couple less chairs. Service: Like many "fast food adjacent" restaurants, the people who work there have good customer service but I imagine deal with the worst. I know they're doing great with the situation they're in. Kudos to them. Food: this is probably my harshest critique. I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich, and it was fine. I don't believe it was worth the $16 I spent though. The chicken was kind of bland, tasted similarly to frozen grilled chicken pieces you buy from a grocery store. I do wish there was more sauce. The pesto tasted good but overall there was too much bread. I fear you would be better off making something like this at home for a comparable price. The bread was good, just too much. I don't want to base the menu on this sandwich alone, a lot of the menu options sounded delicious, but this was just the experience I had!
