Great food can forgive a lot of sins, but unfortunately PB struggled here too. The Yinz BBQ burger had barely the smallest bit of BBQ flavor, and was just flat, one-note and mediocre at best. The Chicago Dog was a mess(see pic), hot dog way over cooked and shriveled up, no poppy seed bun. Yovi's truck does not need to worry about the completion. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place. Conceptually, this idea should work, could work. If this place had recently opened, then perhaps I'd wait and try again.
