I try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. We figured after the deposit was made perhaps it would be easier since we would technically be their client. That was not the case. There was also some confusion on who our point of contact would be. We made several attempts to just have a sit down meeting with our point of contact who happened to be the owner. It took two emails (on our end) a week apart before there was even a response saying he would see if another dj could meet with us because he was busy the day we requested. After saying he would have that dj contact us, nothing happened. We had to email and call in order to get any sort of response. After this, we decided to go ahead and book another dj. How can we trust in their ability to even show up if they cannot even respond to their client's email. We emailed them twice letting them know that due to the lack of communication we decided to go with another dj. We requested our deposit back knowing the answer would possibly be a "no." There was no response to those emails either. Which I veiw as extremely unprofessional.

He listened to what I said about the kind of wines I like and don't like, and even though I'm not a red girl, he gave me a reddish wine that was exactly what I wanted.
