They always seem to have live music, karaoke etc. which is nice, but it's also probably too loud for a lot of people. There's pretty limited seating that is away from the loud music. Now there's a pool table in the backroom. Seems like they're trying to make some adjustments. Hopefully they know what they're doing with that. Seems like they're trying to adjust after a somewhat slow start. I'd come back, but there have been some hiccups so far.

They have a bar and dj which seemed to draw in a nice mixed crowd. They made me a mocktail because I don't drink and it was yummy. The chicken parm was also good. The bad: both appetizers I ordered were disgustingly underwhelming. The cheesesteak fries were just bland and flavorless piled high with dry meat and cold cheese ... a waste of calories and money. The chicken tenders were flavored horribly and paired with a weird sauce. Im guessing if you're drunk you won't notice the terrible food. The waiter was nice but not attentive, he didn't notice I didn't eat anything and he didn't offer to replace or remove the items from the bill. I would suggest they limit the menu to less items that they can prepare well. If you enjoy drinks and bar food give it a try. Me Ill just stick with Lascalas across the street.

It was the 96th brewery I have visited in NJ alone, and I was really impressed with Core3Brewery in how they offer things no other brewery offers. They are located in a former gas station, which had sat abandoned before they completely renovated it. It is the only brewery in NJ to my knowledge that has that gas station feel, and it completely works. There is beautiful woodwork on the inside as well as a nice patio, too. You almost feel as if you are in a log cabin in Colorado. Exploring NJ through the eyes of breweries has taught me a lot about my own state. I have found that the people in this part of the state are definitely the friendliest. If you go to Core3Brewery, you will meet some really down-to-earth, friendly folks from around there. The beers themselves tend to be light, drinkable, and malty. They are not hop-bombs. However, what really makes Core3Brewery stand out regarding their beer is that they have beer-tails, or basically cocktails based upon beer. I had their Sunday-only special, which was a Bloody Mary over an IPA, and it was totally original and delicious. Both co-owner and founder Alexi and his employee were very welcoming to me, too. The major reason I enjoy small beer is that they appreciate your business. I got a free sticker!

The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the overall vibe. If you're in the area and want a laid-back brewery with good beer and a fun atmosphere, give them a try.
