Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. Not an issue since I've actually used the NYC location before. The Morristown location was friendly and convenient. However, def thought there was a lack of communication. Called about 1 week later and they said they needed to get an update from the NYC office and get back to me. Days went by and nothing. Followed up again and same thing. A few weeks went by and had to be a bit of a nag at this point. Unfortunately, a lot more work and money would have to be invested where the results were not definitive. Got the phone back and it had to still be put together with glue. One would've thought they'd give the phone back looking more or less like it did when it got there.
