I'm really confused as to how my experience was this negative when they have great reviews. TL;DR The volume button on my phone was damaged during the screen replacement and the replacement screen was not set into my phone properly. They said they didn't have the expertise to repair the issue- until we left a negative Yelp review and they came to fix it. In the process of fixing the volume button, they broke the mute switch and the screen was still not attached securely. Their response was "I'm done with you guys you're taking up to much of our time" A full review including videos of some of the damage can be found on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/caityjoy/posts/10221479092709855

JOSH is the MAN !!…read more Listen I will tell anybody about Josh , he was honestly amazing. Super professional ! Which is always a plus. Unfortunately my area was not an area that he services but my job somewhat was. I was so grateful for him coming and helping me because my phone was in dire need. I went to apple on several occasions trying to secure an appointment with them but for some strange reason they are always booked. So I looked on yelp and found Joshua he's clearly a superhero I wouldn't think otherwise. He came to my job fixed my phone 4 hours later its still working so he obviously did a great job. I would personally recommend him to anyone. He's also very responsive to text messages. The screen is also warranted for a year as long as you don't break it again. I'd rather pay 100 bucks then 175 for an insurance deductible.. or 150 with apple.

Anyways, I messaged the company and got a quick response. Next thing I knew I had an appointment with Josh to get my iPhone 6 phone screen replaced. In case you're wondering, here's a selfie Josh accidentally took with my phone once it was all fixed:

I cannot recommend Computer Doctor enough--they are honest, brilliant, and completely saved me…read moreafter a massive ordeal with Micro Center! My PC stopped working, and Micro Center diagnosed it as a bad motherboard. I bought a new motherboard from them and had Computer Doctor install it. When the PC still didn't work, Computer Doctor correctly analyzed that the processor was actually the issue. Since Micro Center offered free follow-up diagnostics, I took the PC back to them. Incredibly, they completely missed the processor issue again, doubled down on their original mistake, and claimed this brand-new second motherboard was also defective! They argued with me the entire time and dismissed my suspicion about the CPU. I rejected Micro Center's diagnosis, took my computer back, and bought a new processor elsewhere. Computer Doctor went above and beyond--they tested the processors multiple times for me and even installed the new CPU for free. Sure enough, it was the processor all along. I still have the original motherboard, and I am confident it was never the problem in the first place. Micro Center completely failed me, but Computer Doctor earned a customer for life. Bottom line: go to Computer Doctor first!

They keep their word as to when my laptop will be ready and have all-around been excellent computer doctors for excellent money spent! The first time I visited was for a screen "screaming" on my macbook Air. They fixed it affordably. Another time it was for my speakers on my macbook Pro - all my devices are years old, not new, and they brought them waaay up to speed AND provide the CC Cleaner on my MB Pro, which I used to clean up the drive regularly (and just paid to have it clean my laptop annually for 44$). I used it for almost a year w/o payment so I'm a happy camper all around. In fact, I'm going there today bc I may have had water damage on my Pro screen so I pray it can be corrected w/o too much expense.
