I love all the people who work here.they are great. Very friendly and always on time. I always take them twice a month to get groceries.

There's a guy that works in Greensburg that brags at work how he knows two of the guys that work for veterans cab and how he gets his rides to and from work for free his shift starts at 3:30 and it ends at midnight he also brags how he sits in work and extra half hour doing nothing just so his buddy can sit outside and get paid an extra half hour his cab arrives at 11:30 p.m. and sits there to at least 12:30 a.m. for all you people paying for veterans cab this guy gets his rides for free on the website the veterans cab company closes at 9:00 p.m. so they're making a special trip for this guy to pick him up at 12:30 a.m. the cab is going at least 15 miles each way read more

I never leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience I had to. I went down the street and the cost was so much the car rate of cigarettes, and now I smell like a smoker. I don't even smoke! I have asthma, and the smell just has me coughing. And don't even get me started on their customer. I called just for some clarification on the pricing and the people were nothing but rude. I have never had any problems in the past but now it is something different. If I could give this driver zero stars I would. Rudest guy I've ever met who is somehow gainfully employed working with the general public. Whined about how short my trip was after him having to wait "3 hours at the airport, and you're not even going downtown". Then started in on how many kids he has to feed, and went on. Said "happy thanksgiving - by the way" as if it was slicing his throat to do so, and then went on to say, (when I called him out on his behaviour) "hey I wished you Happy Thanksgiving - lets leave it at that". Then complained about not getting a tip. Dude, if you weren't such an a**hole, I'd have tipped you. The guy should be thankful he still has a job. The receipt says Cranberry Taxi t/a Veterans Taxi - so who knows who this guy works for. Stay clear. read more

Just had a perfect experience with Veterans cab! My husband and I were coming into Arnold Palmer Airport in Latrobe....6:30 on a very cold Saturday night. I called on Friday to tentatively book a ride from the airport to a friends house in Derry. Our driver was there right on time.... there was also a very nice minivan with a friendly driver at the airport for another family....both car and van were clean and fresh looking. Our driver had been tracking our flight so would have known if we were delayed. All in all a great experience .... give them a try.... read more

Getting worse and worse, called at 1:35 for a pick up at 3, it's nearly 330 and cab is nowhere to be seen. Honestly.. don't bother if you need to be somewhere ON TIME. This regurally happens btw. read more

Well, had used this service a little while back, and found it to be really rather adequate . Well of course they're rather similar to UBER and Lyft, so not every driver shall rank the same . Worst cab service ever!!!!! First of all the man that answered the phone was very unfriendly and almost sounded as if he hated his job. Second, he said we would get picked up between 20-30 min and the cab did not arrive till exactly ONE hour later!! To top it off, the driver didn't even help us put out bags in the truck. He just watched as we did it. Wow!!! What a way to start a trip!!! Horrible horrible service. I'm not not one to write reviews but this incident had to be shared. read more
