We found our destination, Tropical Princess Beach Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, DR but couldn't work the flight times out that didn't have long layovers that would really waste the bookend days. We decided to talk to Sandy Davis, owner of Davis Travel Agency in Monongahela, PA to help out. Sandy was able to set us up at Tropical Princess with direct flights, priority status at TSA security, and ground transportation through Vacation Express. Everything went off without a hitch. We were prepared for the $10.00 Dominican Republic Tourist Card, and other little things that made for smooth sailing. We had a great time and created a lot of memories. Beware! This review…read morecould have been more timely but I just received their catalogue and it prompted me to write this review. Two years ago at my urging me and three of my best fishing friends had Frontiers book us a fly fishing trip to Argentina. They sent us to an amazing property with a great staff, facilities, food, guides and ambience. Unfortunately they also sent us unawares to a place that was in the midst of a five year drought at the time of which we were never told about. We had one good day of fishing ...one at about $1000 a day. The rest of the days were mediocre at best and the last day we spent most of it fishing in a ditch about two feet wide which was normally a beautiful creek at the entrance to the property. When I returned I immediately called the rep who booked the trip and left him a message to which he never replied. I reached out to the owner/president who said the rep did not reply because I did not sound very upset! I was told they had no idea about the drought which is their damn job to know and that the best he could offer me was a $500 credit...not on the ruined trip but on my next booking ! I was humiliated as I was the driving force to get my friends to join me and they offered us nothing other than a lame excuse of not knowing the conditions and a credit towards a trip in the future which of course I will never use as I don't trust their ethics or professionalism. Do yourself a favor and look at other booking agencies that might be much more proactive and customer oriented.

If you do choose to see a concert at the pavilion in Burgettstown, I firmly recommend taking advantage of this service as you'll save yourself the trouble of parking, won't have to battle traffic to and from the venue, and will enjoy a nice, air-conditioned ride in a bus or van (this depends on the number of riders per event). Stops include the following: Monroeville (Giant Eagle), Waterfront (Best Buy), Station Square (Commerce Court), Waterworks Plaza (King's restaurant), McKnight Road (Applebee's), North Huntington (Eat 'n Park), Greensburg (Eat 'n Park), and Robinson (Buffalo Wild Wings). The drivers are always professional, courteous, and the bus or van is consistently in apple-pie order. Commuting to and from a show with fellow music fans can be entertaining in itself as there's usually a cast of characters onboard with whom terrific and amusing conversations can be had. Leave the car at home, hop on the wagon, and let someone else drive for a change. You'll alleviate stress, reduce highway congestion, shrink your carbon footprint a little, and make some new friends. P.S. Make sure you arrive at your stop on time! They are unforgiving to stragglers and latecomers. As soon as the last song is performed, immediately make your way to your bus and remember where it is parked. I've been told that the Concert Express leaves 15 minutes after the end of the show. You have been warned. So far, I've yet to miss the bus.

My destination in the UK was Bristol, not an easy one from Pittsburgh. I had some questions and Nancy fielded all with professional precision. She found flights and times that worked for me and we booked my maiden UK voyage. The flights were the best and everything went off without a hitch!
